Tried to cancel my monthly subscription two months ago.To keep me as a customer they offered me a 50% discount off the fee going forward, which I accepted.They gave me one month of the discount, and then without asking or verifying with me, they charged my credit card the following month for the full amount, which is non refundable.Extremely dishonest business practices.Furthermore the quality of the course materials is quite poor.
