I purchased a shirt labelled as men's large. When it arrived it was clearly a minimum of two sizes too small. I proved this with multiple photos.I complained and was met with weapons grade condescension from their help person ‘Alyssa Niña C’ who told me to 'keep in mind that many items purchased on Depop may be vintage or pre-loved.' as if that would somehow alter the deception in dimensions I have encountered.After responding that this was not good enough I received another message, this time from a ‘Surelan C’, with a grammatically inept repeat that they were happy with the deceptive listing.I see that Depop have a score of 1.3 on here. I'm surprised it's that high and it wouldn't be entirely surprising if it was down to their staff desperately writing fake five star reviews. Risible joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service. I had to learn xero for my role in finance at work, they changed from sage to xero. I was part of the transition and did not use sage, I did the xero certification and a day of training with the accounting firm (nhs based) to learn the nhs extras needed. I have been using it at work for 6 months. Xero is an easy to use program, and it’s easy to undo mistakes if you make them. I loved it so much I’ve subscribed for myself, I have a few small businesses that I used to use a spreadsheet to organise. Xero just makes life a lot easier. I tried the 30 day free trial and am now in my first month of using it -I have already had a number emails offering me training and a phone call. The xero certification and training is all free. And looks great on your CV! I have told a number of friends with their own businesses to consider xero, it’s easy to use and well priced.

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. Purchased items from their website on Dec 6th and paid the upgraded Express Delivery service for a UK Delivery. Dec 23rd, STILL NO SIGN OF THE GOODS. Received an automated email on Dec 7th advising items were dispatched. Have tried every single avenue to contact Customer Services. Web Bot is useless, though I did manage to get an email for Customer Services: sent three emails at different times, no response. Have tried telephoning at different times - automated message advising a 1.5 hour wait to answer a call. Finally received a response from Customer Service, which was useless, around three days ago - asking for my Order Number, when a copy of the Order and the Invoice was embedded and attached in original message. Responded immediately - nothing further. I usually never use PayPal as an option on payment, thankfully I did this time, as I've now opened a dispute via PayPal's resolution center. If Uniqlo cannot complete orders and/or dispatch orders due to Covid / Backlog / Stock Shortages, whatever, then DO NOT CONTINUE TAKING CUSTOMERS' MONEY until you have fulfilled your current backlog.

Kept raising my subscription every year and said that was normal. Refused to give me a refund. Manager hung up on me. PlayStation is absolutely horrible and corrupt!!! Only reason I put up with them is because of my son otherwise I would not deal with them at all. May be stopping service with them all together and switching everyone over to Xbox.

Upon asked them to delete my account and remove me from the list, they do not even bother to reply. Still struggling to keep me out of their spam list. Avoid these people.

Best Customer Service Ever!After having a problem my NUC. I contacted Intel customer service and after changing some mails and pictures back and forth my defective device was picked up by DHL Express. Within 2-3 days Intel sent me a brand new one/ new replacement. Thank you Intel and That's what I call a perfect customer service.Just exemplary to be honest, even when I spoke with Intel service/Intel service employee over the phone they were very polite and helpful. Great Experience, made me glad I chose Intel brand because I know I can trust them.Keep it up Intel. Very Happy customer service. I will always chose Intel brand from now and in future due to amazing service.

My boyfriend and I have covid after being forced to sit in an airplane for an hour and a 1/2 after landing in Atlanta on July 23rd. While on the plane we found out that they had canceled our connecting flight. We were lied to and told that all the airlines had canceled the rest of their flights for the day when Delta was the only one.We missed our hotel reservations and plans with our friends. Is Delta going to reimburse that? I am a delta elite credit card member And a almost a gold medallion member and my family is really getting tired of these things happening. If something is not done to fix this situation(reimbursement for all the losses)then I will be canceling the expensive credit card and and flying someone else from now on. You guys messed up our return trip from Italy through Boston as well in March and almost refused to let us get on our connecting flight where we had been upgraded on our way to Jamaica last year even though you knew our plane had landed. You already had given away our upgraded seats before the boarding finished! We had to beg to get the 7 people from our connection on the plane and didn't even get to sit together. I'm not sure why we still use your airline even now after all these issues!That makes a LOT of problems, not to mention the absolutely DISGUSTING hotel (a Clarion near the airport)that Delta put us in when they canceled our flight and rebooked us 24 hours later!You simply cannot keep treating customers like this. I want money back for what you screwed up without jumping through hoops! I spent hours on the phone with no help. Chat with no help. Delta, you are on life support right now.

After four years with Teachable, we’ve decided to leave and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They’re essentially blackmailers. Once you've set up your courses and attracted a good number of students, they start increasing their prices at an unreasonable rate. Over the past two years, they’ve increased pricing three times. We started with a package priced at $99, and now, the same package with some unnecessary features costs $699! This is completely unacceptable.This huge price hike is completely unrealistic for schools like ours. We’re barely earning $500 after advertising and instructor fees, so how can we afford $699 for a service that has become more expensive with fewer benefits? Teachable’s approach is unprofessional and greedy. It’s a total waste of money now. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give 0 start I would. They are making money out of scamming people. I was able to downgrade my plan on their website successfully. A couple days later someone form the retention team reached out saying I actually cannot do that.. Funny thing is despite me still paying the full original price my Zoom storage is downgraded and it has been hell trying to explain it to them. I highly recommend everyone to move to Microsoft Teams.
