Meta Store Support is the worst. They will not give you a phone number to call so you can speak with a human and get the problem resolved in less than an hour. They insist on sending emails back and forth for months instead. They can not understand the issue we are having over emails and keep telling me everything is fine when I am telling them we can't log in or use the Oculus at all. We have been going around in circles for what seems like forever and they still refuse to give me a phone number to call to speak to someone live. If I knew how ridiculous it would be, I would not have gotten it. We have put a lot of money on the account that is frozen, and the gaming equipment has just been sitting there unusable for months. It's trash now.
