People, don't trust this company. They are scammers. I ordered an iPhone XS Max phone. They first asked me for a payment of 5000. After I paid 5000, they asked me for a registration fee of 7000. They didn't tell me this at first. It's like my 5000 has gone down the drain. Don't believe me. I was scammed😰.DONT TRUST❌😭😭.PLZ HELP ME

I can’t fault Amazon customer service always excellent.I have more confidence shopping with Amazon than John Lewis!! Returns always super easy, immediate refunds, good prices. Yes prime is pricey but if you’re a regular shopper and like next day/same day delivery it’s cost effective.

Bought a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush that ended up being defective shortly after purchasing it. Contacted Phillips who replaced it initially without issue. Well, the replacement was also defective (turning itself on and loudly buzzing on and off) but this time around Phillips wanted me to wait 2-3 business days for them to email a return label so I could send it back. They expected me to listen to a loudly buzzing toothbrush for 2-3 days and "wrap it in a towel" which BTW, does not silent the toothbrush in any way. And, they do not want you to remove the battery either. They expect you to just deal with it. Totally unacceptable to say the least. Why a return label that is emailed takes 2-3 days is beyond me. At any rate, contacted customer service again and spoke with a supervisor named Roger. He absolutely did not care that I would have to be aggravated for days by this toothbrush and was zero help. Completed useless supervisor in my view and should not be in a leadership role. So, after 12+ hours of buzzing, I took the brush apart and cut the wire powering it. I am still in utter disbelief that making the customer suffer with the noise for days is their protocol. Needless to say I will never buy any Phillips product again.

Agoda suddenly cancelled my booking the day before I was due to arrive, leaving us scrambling for alternative plans. Sure they refunded me, but trying to get a new room booked for 4 days inside a national park is not something you can do the day before arrival.Reviews on their site don’t seem legitimate either, lots of reviews have a high rating but the text is complaining that something is wrong.

Love holidays used to be a really good company which makes it worse the experience over the last 2 weeks. I’m confident after booking 2 holidays in the last 2 weeks with 2 separate hotels that the holidays advertised are grossly mispriced to trap you and then 7 days after being left in pending they inform you that the hotel price has now doubled and would you still like to book for the the new price! This happened twice and the holidays were still being advertised for the original price on the website, I’ve been advised to speak to their customer service to rebook but looking at the alternative suggestions they’ve provided over email the newly proposed holidays are all much higher than what they have on their website, it feels as though they want you to ring so they can pressure sell you an equally expensive new holiday.

Every few days, SPOTIFY sends spam to one of my no-reply mailboxes. I don't know how they got it. That generates an auto response from me, saying "this box doesn't accept mail. That in turn generates a response from Spotify, saying the same thing, etc, etc. I can't contact Spotify - because all I have is a no reply address. I can't log on to my account - which they suggest - because, I don't have an account. I've blocked their domain on the server, but I guess, I'm not alone in being spammed by these guys.

For SIX MONTHS my account has been 'under review'. They send me messages, I do exactly what they ask, I've had chats on the chatbot, NOTHING. STILL NOT WORKING. I find this outrageous in so many ways. Apparently it's a problem that I sometimes spend time in France where my IP address is different? Erm me and a few million british citizens who do that thing called travelling in Europe. Honestly, surely your time would be better spent going after criminals then normal citizens with a few hundred quid in an account. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
