They suspended my account for some kind of activity but I have not even used my account yet. I am waiting for them to get back to me.I also heard about a father who's daughter was sexually assaulted and put on Patreon. This is disgusting and hope the daughter is doing well. Shame on you whoever sexually assaulted her.

I purchased Patreon, not as a creator, but as a person to see content creators. I realized immediately that it was not the right platform for me. Within an hour I asked for a refund and they said they needed all sorts of information from me even though I provided it in my original request. I am still waiting for the refund. They make the process difficult so they can keep your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Bought a very pricy Ram, two days later it was discounted even more, arrived late. Arrived not working (doa) I tried to contact support and got nothing, I called and got nothing, their support robot reporting that no returns available for this order. I paid a lot more to get the ram RMA and ship to the manufacturer in another country, still waiting. 3 months now, no product, no support and paying even more. I don't think I did anything wrong here. I just bought an item from them, paid instantly and waited patiently for it to arrive, now I had to ship it to the manufacturer in another country. It's not fair.Update: I have been contacted by a customer service representative. He has been mostly responsive while unable to help much except offer a return (for the brand-new replacement item I just received from the manufacturer). I have sent a request 3 days ago and still waiting for any response.

I'm just sick of them! I can't even begin to explain each problem until this week, when there were three! Their online ordering never gives my discount & I'm a Neighborhood Plus member! It's just not worth it for me to have to deal with their customer service for 45 mins everytime I place an order!This week my first order got messed up and I had to call back three things to get it fixed. I will say the c/s call people are mostly real nice. I placed an order for dog food for a street feeder & it was not set-up for shipping for two days! Dogs starving & they can't ship the food out. I called c/s because my order was still showing "preparing to ship" the next day. Too late to cancel it, but it could be returned to the store after she receives it...duh. My point was to get her food ASAP, not have her returning stuff she needs when she doesn't have a car! Too many other online stores to choose from

Linked in is a good social media platform. Acouple of months ago, i have noticed that they have restricted my linked in account without providing proper notifications. Due to this fact, I am quite unhappy with their decisions. It is not transparent and the rationale behind has not been properly explained as one client using the platform for many years. I totally didn't expect they will do this. I have expected that they will approach me to resolve the issue but nothing came in from their end. I am now considering the platform as the worest social media compared to others.
