Every time I needed anything done, I had to call their sales line. I don't even know why they offer changes through the app when that is not a valid way for them to see the changes. Adding pets is a nightmare and I ended up paying double because they set up the process to be very confusing. This company just wants to take your money so they will make everything confusing and difficult (as insurance companies do). I have never felt that I was in good hands with this company but I can't leave now because I'm worried that if I switch, all my claims will get denied as it will be related to some preexisting condition. The customer hotline people are friendly and helpful. They have gotten me through a lot of these misunderstandings. ASPCA as a whole is just awful. Do not listen to the website's reviews. Do another one.

Bought a microwave and it was not level on the kitchen table,Co Op replaced it and the next one was a bit better but had to pack it in one corner.On bringing the issue up with customer services at Panasonic they never answered 5 !! of my emails.So i called them and they said they would get back to me !! guess what not reply.So i phone again then get a email to day its nothing to do with them i will have to sort it out with the Co Op.Hence i will never but a Panasonic product again,and believe me i have always bought Panasonic in the past.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE sorry NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Extremely disappointed with the current state of Fox news... They are & to a great degree have become no different the the main stream media. Repetitive segments over and over again, most weeks old, others months old. Im sitting here with the fox news app on through my streaming device and im seeing segments ive seen weeks and months ago !!!! It seems the once Honorable vocation of journalism has been turned into a vocation occupied with untrustworthy and Totally biased individuals. What has happened to staying current an UNBIASED from either side of the "Isle"? Such a damn shame. This posted by an AMERICAN 1st and republican 2nd.

Their support team don't read tickets, I had to repeat myself 3 times before they understood the situation.I was passed around through different "teams" while being asked a lot of questions.In the end everything was in vain because they want be to provide a trademark/copyright for my username? Who is going to trademark their username!

Je suis abonne à la version informatique, je reçois le lein du journal tous les soirs? Quand j essaie de lire le matin je suis déconnecté, je ne peux lire le journal. je suis obligé de suivre la procedure de connection, ou je suis retrouvé, j ai écrit à maintes reprises, plus de réponse, rien ne bouge, je vais me desinscrire, évitez de vous faire avoir..Après un mail sans reponse, j ai télephoné au Sce client il y a 2j, j ai ete ecouté poliment, mais toujours pas de reponse écrite ni de changement....

This company is awful. They charged me a different price from the one advertised for a night's stay in a hotel in Lincolnshire. I only noticed later that they had added taxes and fees onto the price. This may be standard practice in America, but in the UK it is against consumer rights legislation. They made the excuse that the extra charges were stated on their website, but I didn't notice, as I was expecting to pay the advertised price. Avoid hotels.com and Expedia. It's hard to find out how to complain on their website, so I resorted to X, formerly known as Twitter

I bought a Garmin Avtex tourer two sat nav and took it out of the box to update it, half way through it said update failed and then froze screen just flickering, rang Garmin who said they would collect it which they did the next day, they sent me a brand new one within two days all working perfectly, really good customer service I can't fault them.

I received a card of Elvis Presley to send to a sick friend. The quality was awful. I can't send it. Hard to believe someone could look at it and put it in an envelope to mail. And then customer service said they sent me what I ordered. In the thumbnail snapshot on the photo I did not see any of the hash marks that were on the card when it arrived.
