Awful Quality Card

I received a card of Elvis Presley to send to a sick friend. The quality was awful. I can't send it. Hard to believe someone could look at it and put it in an envelope to mail. And then customer service said they sent me what I ordered. In the thumbnail snapshot on the photo I did not see any of the hash marks that were on the card when it arrived.
