How do they get away with it?I'd planned to cancel my membership this month, only to discover that it had been renewed. No reminder, no email, no way to cancel your membership in the portal, no help on how to cancel your membership. The word "cancel" only appears in their PC cancel-culture program.Will not be re-joining.

My mum and i took out a card at the same time with a decent starting limit. Amex was actually really good with customer service and helping with disputes. My issue was when they plunged my limit from 10k to 1k. I was trying to use the card online for a purchase under £800 when the transaction failed and i got an email right away stating my credit had been reduced after a "review". I called them and they said i needed to have 40% of my limit in a bank account available. I sent them bank statements that showed i had this and fought 2 months or so before my limit was put back. A year later, they did the exact same thing again and once again asked for proof. I sent the same proof again but this time, it apparently wasn't good enough. I was annoyed at this point as no other credit card has ever done this to me, so i just cancelled the card. This is why my experience with them is a mixture of good and bad. Customer service has always been 1st class

It was ok for a while but the heavy censorship makes normal communication impossible. Mods will delete or edit your posts without any reason or notice and without showing you changes. Yes you hear it right, your post will be deleted or changed to everyone, but you will see it like everything is normal. I recently talked to someone and we couldn't get along, it was like we were talking past each other. Turned out more then half of what I said was deleted but I couldn't even see that it was. It was also deleted in a way that made me look like I was lying. Every time I tried to prove I wasn't lying my comment was deleted. Disrespectful, manipulative, disgusting behaviour. Borderline slander through manipulation of my posts. It was the worst I was treated by the staff of a site ever. Besides the abusive moderators of the chat the content is extremely mediocre and often outdated. Not worth being treated like garbage by the staff. I deleted my account on 9gag which I do very rarely.They literally couldn't do anything worse.

Absolutely useless customer serviceThese people do not care. They will just tell you "lol sorry!!! here's a page that is useless but I'm not doing my job sorry!!!" Tiktok has gotten worse after the ban and they're just removing accounts and harmless comments. Don't try to get help from them, they are disinterested in helping.Run by bots, and the "customer service" may as well be bots too (that's how USELESS they are).

I paid the deposit and then it all went pear shaped. I was told that my car would be delivered because I was paying cash. Then I was told that I had to collect it 100miles away! Then the collection 100 miles away was just confirmed unilaterally. You can't get hold of a real person to talk too. I had to go in store with my concerns. If anything were to go wrong further down the line I would experience the same? Tesla has no infrastructure to deal with customer service really. The service was awful!. Customers aren't valued. Take it or leave it tone. I cancelled. I am use to amazing Audi customer service. Don't believe the hype relating to Tesla!

Haven't used service in a year. They auto renew and BILL without permission. I hate companies that force an auto subscription on you. Companies should have to send an invoice at least one week in advance before they can bill you. Billing for a service that is no longer needed or wanted should be illegal. I hate this company.

Ordered a product and the product never arrived. LG uses 3rd party shipping logistics companies to ship their products (XPO logistics in my case) and because they just ship no one wants to take charge or ownership of mistakes or errors. We scheduled the items to be delivered 3 times and every time no one showed up even after confirming with the local XPO office that the delivery was on its way. Now after a month of waiting for my return we are still waiting on our refund. LG says they are still waiting for XPO to return the items before the refund can happen. Something that happened on their end not the customer but somehow they want to hold on to my money when we never received what we ordered.

They took my money out of my bank account right away but wouldn’t let me sign in. Had to go thru Disney+ and that was a disaster! Tried to reset password but wasted my time waiting for a code to be sent to my email. Once I reset the password and I signed in Hulu said that I had no active subscription! Even though my account info was in my profile. Going thru Disney+ to sign into my account is absolutely ridiculous and stupid!!! I will never sign up with Hulu again!

WORST EXPERIENCE ... AGAIN ... I need to check if someone is using FedEx... DON'T ORDER. They are the single worst delivery service in existence. They don't care, it's just awful. I ordered an urgent package from Bluecosmo for overnight delivery last Wednesday. Paid a premium for "guaranteed overnight". And I get some random email saying it's in an outfitting facility and will be delivered on Monday ... 5 days later .. AND I WON'T BE HERE. FedEx is a feckless tosser. DON'T TRUST THEM
