In 3 days, I've been bombarded with email which I unsubscribed many times over, but kept getting. The website is full off pop ups, upsells, cross sells, etc. It is too agressive and making it obvious they are here to milk you, not provide a helpful service. Their biggest thing seems to be "pay and we will tell you good stocks". The stocks they are recommending are also a fail. I checked 2022 video for alpha picks or whatever the thing they were calling, all lost money. They don't even do that good. So, save money and headache.

I had my kitchen and hallway floor replaced by BR Flooring in Eltham and the service was brilliant. I even changed my design of flooring after they had ordered my first choice but that was no problem for them and the fitting date remained the same. Justin and Anita in the shop are just great and very amusing as well :-). The 2 fitters who came were also superb and made sure any mess was cleared before they left. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and would certainly use them again

Like many many others I too have now been caught by the painfully expensive subscription when I only intended to buy a course. I have tried to discuss it with them reasonably but they ignored me and took £200 anyway. Clearly this is their main way of making money. It is such a shame because the courses are actually good and professionally put together but don’t get involved with Domestika because they seem to deliberately set out to fool you into buying an expensive subscription you never wanted.

Upon payment, Aliexpress charged Norwegian VAT on behalf of the Norwegian state. This is correct, then the VOEC number shall be applied to the shipment so that no new VAT should be charged during customs clearance. It is the seller's responsibility to apply the VOEC for customs clearance. When or if the VOEC number is not applied to the shipment, the customs officer must charge VAT.For this shipment, the VOEC was not applied and I had to pay VAT again. The VAT paid shall then be refunded by Aliexpress because the fault is done by the seller.I have already reported this and a refund has been refused. Aliexpress must look into the matter again. Justice must be served.I have now spent several hours trying to figure out how to re-send a message to Aliexpress to have it looked at again. I have now given up. To say I am now frustrated is an understatement.I encourage Aliexpress to contact me.

Made a request at 1230 for a tow and flat tire. My service was cancelled and I wasn not aware until I called requested an update at 2:13 PM. , I called customer service and waited for 35 minutes until they figured out what the problem was. (My tow driver was cancelled.) They said we are assigning a new driver and you should receive a text and confirmation within ten minutes.. it is now two hours later and I have not received any update or phone call. I made a final attempt to call customer service at 435 requesting an update, and I was told the tow destination was not input correctly into the system.

I have been a subscriber to The Telegraph online for a few years. I felt I needed something to balance The Guardian online, which is good, sometimes too "woke". In addition, I take The Week and Private Eye. I am slightly left of centre and euro-critical, not euro-phobic. Your Brexit reporting often makes me think. I find many of your columnists sharp and witty, like Ambrose Evans-Pritchard. Of course, I don’t agree with all comments, but. one really needs that from time to time. The cultural coverage is excellent, five stars. I subscribe to Opera magazine, from where I know the writings of Arthur Christiansen, we have very similar views. The recent coverage about John Le Carré was outstanding. Many thanks, and I will renew my subscription.

I am not a member although I was considering joining. I totally understand the need for a booking system at the moment and welcome the fact they are restricting visitors. However I booked a visit to a venue and then our plans changed and I wanted to change the date. The intransigence from National Trust is absolutely appalling. They will not entertain a change of date nor a refund. When I queried whether they would want me visiting if I had Covid symptoms (which I don't) they said that would be different and so although they have the facility to change the date, they will not do it. They also claimed it was obvious during the process that you could not change the date or cancel. It was not! I just can't believe that a supposedly respected organisation would behave like this with no consideration whatsoever for its customers or their future custom. I will unsurprisingly not be joining the National Trust, especially in view of the many poor reviews here. Shame on you National Trust.

excellent magazine let down by atrocious customer service systems and support. Hopefully someone from the editorial team will read these reviews and maybe even write an article on the growing trend for how once great organisations with good and relevant product still fail due to poor customer support.

update: works eventually - problem with bugs in the system - and terribly ignorant support staff. sync stop working 2 weeks ago. still does not work. support is terrible - no solution and endless wait for someone to reply. And I am a paying customer. will try to stop it move away from this joke of a company. The two support staff who pretended to be helpful but did nothing are: Ella and Margot. As well - there is no complaint procedure at all !!!

They no longer have telephone or live support and the service is proving to be very poor. I am a Canadian customer and so all of our Braintree payments get processed through Moneris - that's pretty ridiculous and so i am moving directly to Moneris who actually offer much better rates and very good support
