We signed up with Salesforce under the premise they would help us tighten up our process and organization. The price point was high but the benefit seemed well worth it. After pulling the trigger and paying for the full year upfront, the communication dropped off. We received access to a complicated system and after 2+ weeks of trying to get in contact with someone who could guide us, we had an appointment with develops and our rep. The meeting was one where almost no value was provided and it was clear the developers were not interested in helping develop something to help grow our business. We pushed through it and another 2 weeks later, had a follow up meeting. They presented a plan that was "tailored" to our business but it was a cookie cutter template that didn't even hit the hot buttons we had discussed during our initial call. The price for them to implement this template was over $10,000 and we had already invested $2,000. I decided this wasn't a good fit for our business and asked them to cancel our subscription. I never received confirmation of the cancellation and just expected them to turn it off so it wouldn't renew after a year. Over the last few weeks, I have been receiving emails from their system telling me we were up for automatic renewal in March. I have reached out to our rep multiple times. The second time, she CC'd the renewals manager on the email asking for assistance. After two more follow up messages, I received this response: "I already contacted Lisa about this and we are working internally on it! I will keep you posted but we have everything that we need from you at this point." but I am still receiving renewal emails. In my experience, our rep was inexperienced, unhelpful, unable to hear what the client is asking for and checked out the moment we decided to move in another direction. Perhaps a much larger client would have a better experience, but we will not be sharing any positive feedback within the communities we are involved in about Salesforce.

We purchased 4 appliances from them for a rental unit - dishwasher oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The oven started smoking with a an electrical issue upon it's first use. It took over 2 weeks to go through their horrible warranty program, only to reach out to Home Depot to get their help. They replaced the unit. The dishwasher broke next, won't even start. LG sent 3 videos and wouldn't schedule a repairman until we pushed for it. The repairman didn't show up for the appointment and now we are waiting 10 days for another. Today, our microwave isn't working at all - except the turntable. No heating, nothing. The only thing that is. working so far out of this expensive package is the refrigerator. LG is costing us time and money in this investment property. Would we ever buy LG again? Heck no! The electrical issue with the stove alone was cause for a huge concern!

They are GENUINELY horrible and fat theives in their work. They just want to make money on people without being of any true service to customers.I have spend in Kraken way more than 30k in total since I have know them: but EVERY TIME your fees have always been higher than what you said initially were supposed to be. I purchased let say Monero for example for 257$, your platform says 2.76$ of fee approximately...all good for me but when I make the purchase, I realize it's 239 giving to me by your platform...so you charged me 16-17$ instead of 2-3dollars...You guys have done this SOOOOOO MANY TIMES and every time I ask for an answer on "what's going on?"; your app says the queue is 10-20mins of waiting time ...2hrs later nothing, 24hrs later nothing but you have already overcharged the customer and he is still waiting...the only time someone responded, I had the most IDIOTICAL answer a paid employee can give to a customer asking help...I hope this company sinks genuinely... it's worthless to the society.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a large wardrobe and was given a delivery date which was highly inconvenient. Tried to change it immediately online but came back with system error. Called the helpline but was told to call the day before the delivery to change it which I did and was told it was now rescheduled to the following week. However on the day the delivery was supposed to be cancelled and just before 7 am, I had a call to tell me they are outside the house with the delivery. The whole experience was absolutely awful and to deliver before 7am on a weekend and to a young working family is so disrespectful and with complete disregard.

Black Friday -- our biggest promo email of the year is STUCK since noon. Never went out. Thousands in lost business. This is just the final straw, the entire platform is total garbage. From calculating my sales tax incorrectly for months and NO solution to fix it, to not being able to do basic sort and filter functions for reporting, to their extremely limited and feature-less web interface, this platform is TRASH. They also charge you for EVERYTHING, the basic platform includes nothing. Would NEVER willingly use this but bought a company that has it intertwined in everything so trying to figure out how to escape.

I'm surprised such a large, well-established service is so unintuitive. It's really, really limited in terms of creative expression. The pages load slowly and it's not clear how to use the same design more than once for different purposes. Meaning you have to do a lot of copy and paste.
