Where do I start? When I ordered my tickets, you charged me twice. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing on their end and they could do nothing for me. So I disputed the second charge through my credit card company. 2 months later, you gave me a credit and then charged me again. So the total is three charges and two credits. Two weeks before the concert I went into my account to check on my order and you had canceled it. I had no tickets and you still had my money for 4 tickets. Again, I contacted customer service and they told me if I had proof of these errors that I needed to chat with somebody instead of calling. In the chat screen, I could clearly see that there was no way to upload anything. And when the customer service person told me she was going to escalate this, I waited for 10 minutes for a reply and never got one. Finally, I contacted my Attorney General and filed fraud charges against you. That got your attention, and I was able to actually get tickets to my concert cuz you miraculously found my second order.Your company was so obviously in error and nobody starting at the customer service level had any ability to resolve anything and the fact that I had to go to the lengths of contacting the attorney general to actually get tickets to a concert that I paid for is beyond insane. Willful incompetence in a company as large as yours shows how little you care about your customers and that the only thing you care about is your profit.
