Very bad customer support. Very laidback, unresponsive and unprofessional. I have changed my plan from monthly to annual in feb this year. In april i paid for annual subscription to the website. Despite that, there are multiple plans running on my store. SHopify is continually trying to deduct money from my bank account every 2-3 days. When i decline the payment, they freeze my account. Despite 15-20 escalations to the customer support team, nothing has happened. Very very unprofessional bunch of people.
