Review of lenovo
I bought a Lenovo Ideapad and it was terrible decision. The laptop freezes, cannot multi-task and takes forever to start. I placed a work order and the company had me pay for shipping back the laptop. They were not able to fix the problem but still sent it back to me saying that they had troubleshooted and fixed it. Now I have a malfunctioning laptop that I have barely used and they offer me no other solution than to send it back to diagnose it again. My question is, why they haven’t done that the first time I sent it? What would change now? Aside from me spending more money on shipping labels? I cannot believe how shameful this company is by not providing any real solution and causing me to spend money on shipping labels for a product that was already defective in the first place. I will never buy a Lenovo product again, and if you’re reading this, please don’t buy one yourself! Their customer service is also terrible

Lenovo support doesn’t exist. It’s fake company and laptop isn’t useful. They are scammers. Only robots answer and didn’t solve the problems. The laptop restart a few times in a day , couldn’t work with power point or picture presentation, blue display. I asked refund or a change for a new laptop and no any actions. They don’t give any legal address in Ireland or contact of human, who should solve the problem. Review of evernote
Evernote increased the price significantly last year, but finally we made an agreement that I should only pay approx. half. Now, a year later, they again bill me the high price in spite of our agreement and they will not accept our previous agreement.THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Review of eBay
Ebay notified me that I was COMPLAINING ABOUT FAKE U.S. SILVER DOLLARS being sold on their platform "too much" wow isn't this great! Warning them about counterfeit hundred-year-old coins from China being sold for 19.00 makes me a nuisance! Well, I guess it's ok with them, as they are making money. Buyer beware, eBay don't care, just like their tracking.
Review of dell
Do not buy this laptop, do not buy from Dell. The main issue I had was that the screen on the provided laptop exhibited a lot of motion blur/smearing/lag when moving windows on the screen, scrolling documents, playing games and basically any images that weren't static. I bought the laptop to do 3D modelling on and the blur while rotating models was distracting to the point that I couldn't use the laptop for the purpose I purchased it. Further to that the laptop had very poor Wi-Fi performance with a poor to non-existent connection outside the room containing the router and seemed to have over heating issues with the main CPU running at 100c which is its upper operating limit. After spending several hours talking to support, who got me to do many tests and a full factory reset on the computer, it was decided an engineer should visit to fix the problem. The first day the engineer was to arrive he didn't turn up (and I had taken a whole day off work). The arranged date he turned up but with a part very unlikely to solve the problem (a motherboard rather than a display). The engineer agreed with my appraisal of the issue but was made to change the motherboard anyway. This did not resolve the issue. After having to chase Dell about the issue it was decided that they would 'Fix it in the depot where said they had all the parts'. I have since been waiting for a month as parts were unavailable. I have been denied a usable laptop for approximately 4 months. I have tried to get a refund from Dell, but they just keep saying they'll 'escalate it' and giving me notional 24/48 hour response time where nothing is resolved. They are actively trying to avoid giving me a refund despite having given them more than enough time to resolve the issue.I was phoned yesterday after, saying that I would file a dispute with Paypal who provided the credit services for my purchase, they don't seem to like the idea of that and asked me not to do it but have requested more patience and have said that it will take 10-12 days for a refund if approved?! Unbelievable. They are breaking so many UK consumer rights laws I'm surprised they are allowed to trade. It makes me genuinly sad to get such poor service from a company that I would once recommend (as an IT consultant).

Would have been a 5 star review until the utter shambles of renewing the service contract happened. Choice was 12 or 24 months. Chose 24 months. Contract supplied was 15 months. Emailed the contracts email supplied to cancel contract under the 14 day cooling off. Got a response to say its "outside their remit" and to phone up on this number. Phoned to be then directed to go login online and sort it that way. Sent in a request and still awaiting a response. Why you need to speak to someone for this is ridiculous.

Review of dashlane
In general, I like Dashlane for its features and security reviews. What I don't like is the reliability of the mobile applications for Iphone and Ipad. I have experienced three separate issues over the course of the five years I have been using Dashlane, to include the last several years as a Premium customer. When I report the issue, I am usually treated like someone who has absolutely no technical knowledge or savvy, and in the most recent case, was told my problem could not be duplicated by Dashlane technical reps until my issue was elevated, which is when I received an apologetic email. I also don't like that I cannot speak to a human being when I am paying $60 a year. I have spend WAY too much time trading emails and taking screen shots and having my questions and comments misinterpreted when I could be discussing this with someone on the phone.
