Great chatbot, horrible service

I recently purchased a wireless mouse/ keyboard. Shortly after, the USB malfunctioned and was no longer readable. Since I work from home, I could not wait for a replacement, so I bought another device. I contacted logitech customer service the same day and they told me they could not refund me, I could only wait for a replacement. Do you not understand that the keyboard and mouse were not working and I need them for work? I suppose I could take a few days off unpaid to wait. Will you pay me my salary while I wait? I think not. When you have a product that people need immediately, you need a way to refund people for your faulty products.
