Why can't we have the old system back?This new system takes so much longer & all the emails are now in alphabetical order, not in date order. Now we keep having a pop up asking for our thoughts on it! At least my Ipad still has the old system on it.

Zara in Morocco has extremely poor customer service. They frequently ignore customer inquiries, abruptly end chat sessions without responding, and rely on AI chatbots that create the illusion of assistance but never follow up. I purchased defective shoes and reached out multiple times, yet I received no help. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from Zara in Morocco.

I have never dealt with a company like this in my life (almost 70 years). They ARE the 3 monkeys = Deaf, dumb & blind. I am utterly convinced that their "support" website is designed to frustrate to the point of giving up EVERYONE's best efforts to contact them. THEN, it loads like windows 98 2nd edition! One of the largest computer companies in the world can't build a website. Then there's their "Virtual Assistant" It is the complete OPPOSITE of "assist" I asked "where can I get a copy of a receipt from a recent purchase?" ANSWER: I don't understand the question". I think that sentence should be the companies motto...

No wonder most Macy’s stores have closed.. Customer Service?? Does it even exist? Does anyone even actually work there??.. Went to Kenwood Macy’s, daughter found item she liked but didn’t buy, bought another, but once home, we talked her into it.. 24 hours later and 3 of us have attempted calling every single department/automated prompt no less than probably 100 times!!!! to put said item on hold (our drive is 45 minutes!!! at least, so don’t wanna drive there for nothing!!), and NOONE, Not a single LIVE person answers in ANY dept!!!!!. It’s prob gone by now, which angers me b/c we began calling w/in an hour of leaving! But here we are, an entire next day w/ZERO help!.. Finally hit button for billing questions (ha, funny that’s the only dept. that will actually answer! so u can get where u need to), but she can’t help either!! Said she’d call the dept and have them call back.. fast forward 1 full hour, NO CALL BACK!!!. So I call again, same person answers, says she can’t get anyone to answer ANY dept up there and she has other customers to attend to and so she has to wait until lunch break..??? Wtheck?? Does just 1 person work in this freakin store?. B/c honestly, it never seems too busy when we are there in person.. Sorry, I know lots of places are short handed, but this is just ridiculous. After 100 calls over a seriously long period of time, someone should be able to finally help!… I’m fuming!. No wonder dept stores are dying off.. If u can’t get adequate, even semi-adequate service, how are u going to keep/maintain a customer base!.. what’s the damn point?! As much as I don’t want it to be, I Guess ordering online is where it’s at.. Hell, it’s a lot quicker and easier anymore.. which is sad.. Really Trying to support the actual stores, but they don’t make it easy::.. Smh 🤦♀️

Attempted to use Macy’s gift in the store and it was unsuccessful and I was advised to call an 800 number. The 800# confirmed the gift card was valid, however I received the run around when attempting to have it removed from my in store purchase made only a couple hours earlier. I was hung up on 3 times. Attempted to call the store manager at Somerset in Troy (mall where I made my purchase) and was unable to even speak with a live person. Finally I called Macy’s credit and canceled my Macy’s card. Unfortunate every person I spoke with at Macy’s credit and gift card center were all foreign with difficulty understanding what they were saying…I thought I was making a purchase in the United States, however I guess I was mistaken (I spoke with a minimum of about 7 different customer service agents and they were all foreign-sounded like Asians). I will NEVER shop again at Macy’s!!!!

I created a profile, and OBVIOUSLY spent some time browsing the website. I updated personal info, searched for people, added them, and got stuck reading some article that I commented etc.24 hours haven't even passed and I'm blocked for 8 hours from logging in. Because I'm supposedly using a bot. Well guess what? No I did NOT USE A BOT.GREAT JOB LINKEDIN!Bye then

Goldsmiths university is incompetent and interested in securing fees rather than student welfare. My daughter deferred her module as she fell pregnant. To do this was a nightmare. She was told to do it online then to come in. When she attended she again was sent away to complete online. Because of this the date of deference was later than it should have been. But this was an administrative error on their behalf. They then got a bailiffs involved to chase the fee amount. My daughter could not access her account to get proof of the interactions as she was no longer a student and as a single mum was now left with a bailiff company chasing her for fees. Absolutely appalling and this is not a one off case. Think carefully before applying here as any change in circumstances is met with resistance and incompetence.
