bad customer service and delivery

way overpriced for the quality and the customer service is a pile of crap. we ordered a wardrobe for more then a thousand dollars, we had to wait for the delivery for more than a week but that's okay. one of the delivery guy dropped a big part of the wardrobe on the ground just the front of our house. we got a promise they supervisor gonna call us the same day about the replacement which never happened. we called the customer service, they told us we gonna get an email within 48-72 hour, about what's next. 4 days later we got an email saying they can't reach us on the number they have (we never got any call) so we have to reach out again and find out when we able to finish our wardrobe (calling them is impossible, always have to wait more than 30 min) because they won`t be able to progress forward without talking with us. the customer service chatguy assured us, we don`t have to bother about that email, we got a same one today as well. after 40 min we finally get another chatguy, who told us our complain is still in progress and we have to give it 7-10 days to got the missing items (the first guy told us 48-72 hours to solve the problem, the second told another 24-48 hours, now its 7-10days) and also told us again, we don`t have to worry about those mails. after 3 times talking to the customer service and 6 days already gone, i`m curious when we gonna get our missing selves if ever. (btw the ikea is 40 mins from us and they have this shelves on stock.)at this point i don't think i ever gonna buy anything from ikea.

love + tips for improvement

I love the automation features and designs for newsletters! My only tips for improvement would be more design features for “forms” for opt ins (that’s what I use them for) it’s very limited but does the job! I would also say that it’s definitely design for the more advanced automation user. It was quite the learning hurdle when I first started but I understand the basics now!

Sellers Don't Care and Neither Does Mercari

This company Mercari is the worst platform for the customer and they take zero accountability for problems that arise. I have purchased at least 3 items from the platform and every single time I purchased, the seller never shipped. Each time this happened, I emailed the company several times and their response has always been that they will reach out to the seller and ask them to ship. And that's it. The seller never suffers any repercussions for ignoring these messages. You can not even message the seller yourself, until after they ship. You also can not write a negative review of the seller, unless they ship and the order completes. So a seller may have a ton of great reviews, but that's only for the orders that they actually bother to follow through on. And if they don't follow through, they don't have to care. They can list whatever they want, whether they have it or not. It's so frustrating and disappointing when a business can not follow through on its most basic promises; namely to actually sell the items that they claim to have. It's dishonest, and beyond unprofessional especially as the customer is left with no recourse. And the seller never has to face the unhappy customer, since we can't even message them ourselves or write a bad review unless they actually follow through and ship. Ultimately it benefits Mercari for us to not have the ability to publicly complain, since if customers knew the truth about how bad their sellers are, that would impact Mercari's bottom line. Each time this happened, I gave Mercari another chance. And again, they disappointed. I've had enough and decided to write a review here so others will be aware, Mercari does not care about its customers. Use more responsible and professional platforms to purchase your used goods.

Review of odoo

The experience has been wonderful

The experience has been wonderful. We have become totally paperless and extremely efficient. With using around 25-26 apps of odoo all at one place, as a CEO, I know this has eliminated the need of at least 2 to 3 human resources. This also allowed us to avoid clutter of apps and unnecessary subscriptions. I think Odoo is a real game changer who has made the elephants (SAP and Oracle) dance.
