I have never dealt with a company like this in my life (almost 70 years). They ARE the 3 monkeys = Deaf, dumb & blind. I am utterly convinced that their "support" website is designed to frustrate to the point of giving up EVERYONE's best efforts to contact them. THEN, it loads like windows 98 2nd edition! One of the largest computer companies in the world can't build a website. Then there's their "Virtual Assistant" It is the complete OPPOSITE of "assist" I asked "where can I get a copy of a receipt from a recent purchase?" ANSWER: I don't understand the question". I think that sentence should be the companies motto...
