Inane. I ordered two items online. One was cancelled after local courier failed to deliver and customer service said I would be reimbursed. A few days I look to see whether that is in process and am told that it has been sent out again. Meantime, I had bought something else from another vendor bc, let's be real, to cancel rather than retry delivery? Inane. To then resend without checking? Inexcusable. To make returning a challenge? Abysmal. I will never shop with them again.To be fair, the customer service agents online chat were ok
