Extremely Disappointed with Eventbrite's ServiceI purchased 6 tickets for the Over 30's Daytime Disco at Charlie's Loft in Milngavie for 24 August. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I was unable to attend. As per Eventbrite’s refund policy, I reached out on 10 August to request a refund. After receiving no response, I tried again a few days later and finally got a reply from Mr. Billy Milligan. I explained that I would be happy to transfer my tickets to the next upcoming event instead of a refund.Mr. Milligan informed me that transferring tickets wasn't possible but assured me that if I purchased tickets for the next event, he would refund the cost of the original tickets. Based on his promise, I went ahead and purchased 6 new tickets for the Over 30's Daytime Disco on 5 October 2024. I immediately let Mr. Milligan know, expecting the refund as he had stated.Despite multiple emails and a brief response from Mr. Milligan saying "Will do" regarding the refund, I am still waiting for my money. It’s been incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be misled and ignored like this.I will be extremely wary of using Eventbrite again. Their customer service is unreliable, and they did not follow through on their promises. I truly hope that Charlie's Loft finds a way to sell tickets directly to the public in the future because I will no longer be using Eventbrite to purchase tickets.Not a great experience at all. Very disappointed!

At least three times I received a coupon in the mail for something like $20 off if I spend $50 etc. However, when I tried to use the coupon, I get a message saying that this was used already. This is really fake advertising. Is DSW issuing one coupon to millions of customers on a first come first served basis? They should not try to get customers using deception.

Ordered a pair of shoes on Friday, On Sunday received an email from DSW stating that they were still processing my order... so I called Customer Service to cancel, I was then informed that they could not cancel because it was scheduled to be shipped on Mondy at 2:30pm. When I asked why that wasn't stated in the email about problems processing my order Customer Service stated it was due to confusion. Later Sunday night and on Monday morning I received two emails stating my order has been cancelled. On Monday night I received an email from DSW stating that they were sorry but my order would be delayed due to processing problems. I emailed back stating it had been cancelled and was informed that it was not cancelled but just a problem at their end. So I asked if it could be cancelled now since its Monday night and it was due to be shipped that afternoon. They said not at this time because it is about to be shipped. Tuesday I received an email from DSW apologizing for the delay in processing my order and I would be notified when it would be shipped. Again I asked for the order to be cancelled and DSW again stated that they cannot due to the order about to be shipped. This dance continued onto to Wed. when I just asked for a return authorization to ship it back as soon as it arrives but this request was denied by DSW stating that I had to wait until the order was actually delivered. In the meantime I received another notification that there was another delay in shipping due to problems with processing. Said item that was denied cancellation on Sunday due to it being delivered by Monday at 2:30pm was actually finally delivered on Friday morning some 5 days later.. at which time it was immediately returned for a refund by driving 20 minutes to a FedEx drop off. I will now and forever have a bitter taste of dealing with DSW and the brand that gave me such joy as a child... Hush Puppy loafers

Do not deal with them spoke to 4 agents on different dates to get a refund of the overcharged amount and ever time i get told a refund will be done and a manager will call you back. No refund till now and the manager has not even bothered to call back.

Got tricked into some subscription plan (only because I needed to edit this ONE pdf) Now I go to cancel it and it's apprently "too late" and I need to pay a cancellation fee of $160 ???!!Dear Adobe, this is extortion and ILLEGAL. Shove that money up where the sun doesn't shine. Avoid this company like the plague

On Feb 6th I left my phone in the driver's vehicle. That was my fault and I take ownership. The problem is the driver has admitted to having my phone, has all of my contact information, but will not return my phone. In so many words Lyft is saying they cannot do anything other than message the driver. I have filed a police report and because there is such a backlog of reports, the detectives have not worked on my report yet. In the meantime the driver is STILL working as a Lyft driver. According to the police officer he has committed larceny because he is choosing not to return my personal belonging. Again, Lyft is aware of this and still continues to allow him to drive. I have no idea why it's been a month and the driver will not respond and return my phone but I am very upset that Lyft chooses to do nothing and continues to have a known thief drive their customers around. Shame on you lyft and shame on the driver.

Please don't subscribe to them. It's like a fascist business that won't allow you to ever leave. Every time I contact them, I have to call back later. I've been trying to cancel for over a month now before it auto renews. I literally had to report my credit card stolen, just to cancel my subscription to the Economist.

I have an American Express Gold card, and they recently shut me out of my card for a financial review. Where they demanded bank statements and pay stubs in order to verify that I could support the spending of an additional card member. Keep in mind that I already set the limit for this card member and have never missed a credit card payment in my life. After the review they instituted a credit limit that was fairly low. Goodbye no preset limit.Agents were rude during the entire process. Debating closing the account.
