Customer service is a joke!I've been in contact with customer service over my G300s mouse that is apparently notorious for developing a double click/dead click issue on the LMB. Originally, my complaints went unanswered for weeks until I went to twitter to demand a CS supervisor's contact info. Their CS on twitter ignored my request and said someone was going to get in touch with me via email. Email correspondence started maybe a week after that. CS rep asks for receipt and a photo of the mouse with the serial number and my ticket number. Says "record the problem if you can" and sends me a site to show my intermittent double clicking or dead clicking. I send him my receipt and all that, but not the video since I don't have a screen cap program. Says he needs it now to process the claim. Ok... so I eventually get bandicam to work and record my desktop as I use the click test site they sent me, and send them the video. "Sorry, this video isn't good enough, we need a recording from your phone of the screen and you holding the mouse with the serial number and ticket number facing towards the camera. At this point I'm pissed. This has been an issue for close to two months now. The CS is a joke. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and they say "sorry, send video." They refuse to conduct business in a manner satisfactory to the customer, refuse to meet customer's request to expedite concerns to supervisor, and refuse to honor their warranty without making you jump through hoops and pushing the bar out further and further hoping you eventually give up. The mouse is worth like $20 and not worth all this hassle. Absolutely garbage company and I'll never buy anything from them again.

Logitech, more like Lack-of-tech

Bought Z607 Logi Sound System almost to the day the warranty expired, it started switching itself off for no reason every twenty minutes.I contacted customer support and they couldn't have even read the ticket as they firstly told me to check my wires were connected - what they come undone every twenty minutes and when I switch on again and hey presto! they have magically reconnected. I then explained I had found on the internet that this is a common fault that seems to appear just after the warranty has run out just like mine has and I was told, wait for it, "Please take your product back to where you purchased it as they will replace it if it's still covered by Warranty" (still not reading what I wrote. I told them that I'd given up and so I had put the system in the bin. I had three more e-mails after telling them this asking me how I was getting on with the issue even though I had already told them it was in the bin. I might as well not have bothered contacting Logitech for support.

Tricky company

Tricky company. They extend to deleting my photo from my portfolio. I have been published my photo since 2019 but since I were taken 24% tax andI get $0.048per load, I stopped. I cannot delete my photo if it's posted less than one year. If you don't wanna post your photo, you cannot delete the photo by yourself. You have to request it, once you request and they will not take action immediately. It take time and patience which is unfair. They still take benefit from my photo while I requested them to delete. They don't care anything even your right. Do not do any business with this company. They are not good guy.

Horrible support

Ordered a wordpress plugin to export/import the products. The plugin is horrible and not work at all. after fixing it, it doesnt import the images of product. It import the title, description... only, it import the product without images so it's useless.I contacted the seller explaining him that the plugin is useless for me because it doesnt Export/import products as explained in the description, they refuse to issue a refund.I left a bad review here for Codecanyon because they keep these scammers selling their products.if they did not issue a full refund I will open a paypal dispute against Envato.It's already 6 days but no response from Envato. I think I should open dispute on Paypal.Thank you

My account got suspended for no reason. I just opened twitter yesterday and found out that my account is suspended. I never swear, or argue with anybody. This is ridiculous. Moreover, nobody explained me why my account was blocked....
