Bought Z607 Logi Sound System almost to the day the warranty expired, it started switching itself off for no reason every twenty minutes.I contacted customer support and they couldn't have even read the ticket as they firstly told me to check my wires were connected - what they come undone every twenty minutes and when I switch on again and hey presto! they have magically reconnected. I then explained I had found on the internet that this is a common fault that seems to appear just after the warranty has run out just like mine has and I was told, wait for it, "Please take your product back to where you purchased it as they will replace it if it's still covered by Warranty" (still not reading what I wrote. I told them that I'd given up and so I had put the system in the bin. I had three more e-mails after telling them this asking me how I was getting on with the issue even though I had already told them it was in the bin. I might as well not have bothered contacting Logitech for support.
