Bad customers agents , i missed some twitch drops and it been 2 weeks now and they didn t help me with the problem , they have screens with all my accounts linked , with drops claimed , they rush to close my ticket , and tell me it will be solved , maybe i do something wrong ...Is something "free" that you ca easily unlock , other companies unlocked them for me when there was problems right away , for them it took 8 days to answer and another 8 to solve nothing . Imagine if it was another problem where you paid for something and you would wait 2 weeks and they still wouldn't help you ... who hires they customers agents?

I am so tired of flight attendants who hate their job and find it offensive when a customer makes a request. When will this change? We are paying is much for airfare these days it is obscene!!!!! I have to travel for work and am finding that Delta service, though once the best is now terrible and the worst of the big carriers. Hello Delta!!!!!! Pay attention!!!! You are losing me.

We were paying £26 a month for a subscription to The Times and decided it was too expensive, so stopped the payment assuming this ended the subscription. We were then subjected to several telephone calls from their employees informing us we owed £26 and the subscription could not be terminated until we rang to cancel the subscription and the next month's £26 had been paid. We had no option but to ring to cancel. The customer service line informed us that there are exceedingly long waits to get through to an adviser. The cancellation line rang twice and then cut off - this happened 3 times. We eventually got through to a woman on the cancellation line who informed us she was "working from home" and couldn't cancel our subscription until we had paid the next month's £26 despite us not wanting to continue the subscription. She said she was unable to take payments. After much wrangling she agreed to put us through to a person who could take our £26 (against our wishes) and cancel the subscription. The bottom line is it cost us £26 to get out of the subscription. Anyone thinking of subscribing to The Times please be aware that it has a sophisticated extortion operation working quietly in the background that only makes its presence known when you wish to leave.

I purchased two night tables which were advertised as "local." I paid for them but when I received confirmation of the sale, there was $72 in import duties charged. I complained, and indicated that I would be returning them. I was instructed to arrange for the shipping, pay for it, and I would be reimbursed, but they only reimbursed me for the cost of the items, not the duty and not the shipping charges. it took several weeks to get the refund and I am now arguing with them over the shipping charges and the duty. They now say that I will not receive a refund on the duty because it was not their fault nor was it the fault of the manufacturer. However, it was advertised as “Local” which to me means it’s in my country or my city and therefore I should not have had to pay duty. It’s actually kind of interesting because when I was initiating the complaint, their agents agreed that it said local but still denied that they were responsible. I think they just try to out-wait you and hope you’ll go away.There is an update to the above. Perhaps due to my persistence, TEMU has now processed a credit equal to the return shipping charges, but still take no responsibility for the fact the the item was described as "Local" yet was actually shipped from the US which resulted in import charges. I will likely use up this credit but after that is gone, do not think I will deal with them again because they are not particularly good at taking responsibility for their own errors.My best advice is not to buy anything too expensive from them so you won't experience what I went through.

Customer support is terrible. Having an issue with something within square space that i've wasted several days on now. To be given a one line generic message saying thanks for the context and they have an issue that they dont know when they will fix. And they wont notify me when one is available. So in the meantime. I pay for this rubbish, to have no ranking within google and other search engines.My advise. . . Use another platform, because there service isn't worth the hassle

Every attempt to contact them per. phone or mail will be rejected. Therefore, avoid creating an email with them.

I will never order anywhere that delivers through doordash!!! I order through pot belly... order was suppose to be here at 12... well it never showed.. door dash said that it was on its way and they could not refund me... i had to contact where I ordered from... did that and they left me on hold... well an hour later it said it was delivered... but shocker I didnt get it... called door dash back and they state it not there fault... that I ordered though pot belly and it was there fault so I needed to call them... I told the guy yes I did order through pot belly's and they fulfilled the obligation of making the order and the dasher picked it up... your dasher failed to deliver the food... in turn it is YOUR fault... as you are the one who employees the dasher and they failed to fulfill their side of the job!!!! I contacted potbelly they state they'll call me back.. but in the end the refund should come from door dash as it failed on there end!!!!! this is not the 1st time I've not gotten my order... this is the 1st time I've had poor customer service!!!

What an absolute joke. I don’t even know where to begin. This airline needs to be shut down immediately. They say they got their game together by the 2nd of January?! HAAA some continued comedic relief from this joke of an airline. My first flight was canceled in Indy after 3 hrs waiting in the airport then 3 hours on the plane and then disembarking. The next day I was on hold and hung up on by their stellar customer service for about 12 hours of my day. By the next day I was about 50% sure I had rebooked my flight out but obviously couldn’t get ahold of anyone to confirm and had the call dropped during my booking confirmation. By the next day, they had legitimately disconnected their customer service line. So I rented a car and drove 3 hours out of state with the hopes that I had a flight out. Upon arriving here I found out my flight was canceled again and that I was accidentally listed as a ‘no show’ after spending 3 hrs physically sitting on their plane, so I couldn’t be rebooked. No problem, I decided to drive the 18 hrs to my destination since I could no longer stand one more minute of hoping SW would throw me a bone. Now it’s been 9 days and I get to the airport in the hopes of flying home only to find out that without my consent SW had canceled my flight home and not only was I not refunded but I had to buy an additional ticket at the counter for a flight I’d already paid for making me almost miss this flight since even the counter agent couldnt understand what was going on with my ticket. I have a torn MCL and had to run the length of an entire airport to try to make this flight I had just booked. I’ve now paid for 3 flights with SW of which I’ve yet to fly any. I am a rapid rewards member and I have a SW credit card and compassion pass and at this point I want to cut all and any ties linking me or my money or time to this absolute circus of an ‘airline’. You don’t deserve any loyalty. You failed and you continue to fail.

These guys are the BEST!!!I started with them way back 10-15 yrs ago. Then a SEO web company prompted me to use another service - that Blue One. I was only there 4-5 months and found out the SEO company wasn't very good, so I moved on from them and moved my stuff back to Name Cheap. The SSL certificate just expired on my site, and they were very helpful to get it all taken care of in about half an hr at 11:00 pm on a Monday night.
