Bought online game through steam from UbiSoft. had to CREATE A ACCOUNT to play. Next day had to re-enter account info but put in wrong email.Can't play game ever again now/ locked access- no customer service. Steam refunded money, NEVER GOING TO BUY ANOTHER CRAP UBISOFT GAME EVER.

We switched to Netbilling after a couple of years and have been really happy, especially with the rates and customer service.

I had no problems with the customer support operator she was very nice , straight forward and on top of that she was got straight to working on my problem which was my monthly subscription kept taking money off my account. All I can say is you need more people like Sana from play station support!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - it's all a big scamI requested on at least four occasions for my subscription to be cancelled. I got an email response to say I must call a customer service number who then transferred me to the cancellation team who then wanted personal information about me before they would start the cancellation process.I asked to be referred to a manager, but was told after a 2min wait that the manager refused to deal with the matter. And that my request to cancel my subscription is denied.It's obviously a scam. There was a link in the email to a "live chat" on the website where I could apparently request to cancel my subscription. But it just sent me straight back to the home page.If you would like to change the subscription you have, you can call us on freephone 0800 018 5177 (Option 2) to discuss this further. I never understood why Xiaomi has bad reviews. Their products are really cheap and decent. I have been using their Mi Max phone for awhile and it is really good for its price. I have no issues with the phone I'm using and I hope it continues to stay that way!

I ordered groceries the other day and a few of the items said they were BUY ONE GET ONE FREE from Aldi’s and underneath the items it said to make sure to ADD 2 to my cart to get the deal. I did just as I was supposed to and at checkout I was offered 40% off from DOORDASH because my total was almost $200. Once I payed I realized that I only received Aldi’s BOGO on 1 of the items and when I contacted customer support the guy told me that I wasn’t allowed to use 2 promo codes which I would understand if that were the case. Only the 40% off was a promo code and Aldi’s BOGO was related to the stores weekly price for those items. When I provided screenshots to prove that 1 BOGO went through correctly and explained that there was NOWHERE that said I couldn’t use a PROMO CODE and receive the stores sale price at the same time he wasn’t willing to explain anything to me. I asked for a number to contact someone else THREE TIMES and he then told me he was going to help someone else and disconnected the chat. VERY RUDE! If what the rep said was true then DOORDASH SHOULD ADVERTISE CORRECTLY

I've hosted my websites on Siteground since 2011 and never think about my service, and that's amazing. Last night I got a strange warning about an issue that didn't make sense and sent a support ticket. I noticed that the last time I needed support was 2018, and over the last 14 years needed support very few times, and each time they handled the issue crazy fast. I woke up this morning and site ground has fixed the issue, identified the plugin that was was causing the problem, and suggested the simple change I needed to make on my end to prevent further problems. Thank you Siteground for 14 years of spectacular service!

I've used Logitech mice for years, shelling out hundreds of dollars because their only competition seems to be Microsoft and I refuse to have anything to do with Microsoft. I have had nothing but problems with their mice. They work for a time and then they get buggy. Every single one of them. Every single time. I've had two Performance MX mice and one MX Master. Logitech customer support is the absolute worst of any company I have ever had any dealings with. They either ignore you or pretend they're going to help you fix the issue and then disappear. I see they have a new a new $100 MX Master 3 mouse out now. There is no way in hell I'm giving this horrible company another red cent of my hard earned money.

I recently ordered a keyboard and mouse combo from Logitech UK's website on 17/05/2024. Today is 24/05/2024, and I have not received any updates on my order, even though the website states that dispatch occurs within 2-3 days.I have attempted to contact customer support via chat over the last 2-3 days regarding the status of my order. However, each representative has given me a generic, copy-paste response, stating that they will email me within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive any update.Unfortunately, I did not check Trustpilot before placing my order. If I had, I would have ordered directly from Amazon, which offers next-day dispatch. I have ordered items from Logitech in the past, and they were delivered on time.Lesson learned: do not order from Logitech's website; order from reliable platforms like Amazon.No matter how good the product is, poor customer support can damage the brand!
