I ordered groceries the other day and a few of the items said they were BUY ONE GET ONE FREE from Aldi’s and underneath the items it said to make sure to ADD 2 to my cart to get the deal. I did just as I was supposed to and at checkout I was offered 40% off from DOORDASH because my total was almost $200. Once I payed I realized that I only received Aldi’s BOGO on 1 of the items and when I contacted customer support the guy told me that I wasn’t allowed to use 2 promo codes which I would understand if that were the case. Only the 40% off was a promo code and Aldi’s BOGO was related to the stores weekly price for those items. When I provided screenshots to prove that 1 BOGO went through correctly and explained that there was NOWHERE that said I couldn’t use a PROMO CODE and receive the stores sale price at the same time he wasn’t willing to explain anything to me. I asked for a number to contact someone else THREE TIMES and he then told me he was going to help someone else and disconnected the chat. VERY RUDE! If what the rep said was true then DOORDASH SHOULD ADVERTISE CORRECTLY
