AVOID AVOID AVOID - it's all a big scamI requested on at least four occasions for my subscription to be cancelled. I got an email response to say I must call a customer service number who then transferred me to the cancellation team who then wanted personal information about me before they would start the cancellation process.I asked to be referred to a manager, but was told after a 2min wait that the manager refused to deal with the matter. And that my request to cancel my subscription is denied.It's obviously a scam. There was a link in the email to a "live chat" on the website where I could apparently request to cancel my subscription.
