One of the stupid platform you can imagine. The customer service agents, they are employing nowadays have no knowledge about anything. The booking.com customer service was before high class, but now is lowest lowest class. Am host, they cancel my guest booking, because the guest lied to them I cant host them, and i wrote booking.com I can host them, saying what the guest said is not true, they acknowledge it, and said the reservation is valid as it is, since we confirm availability, only for next day, we saw the booking was cancel, we got shock to how, why. We called many times no tangible reason, than we cancel it, we send prove of their response, nothing was done, after 1 month they send invoice of 2000euro plus saying we will paid for relocation for the guest they did, i was shock. I called them, nothing was done uptill now. Not only we could not rent the place out but they ask us to pay for something we did not do. Of course, I wont pay. I will rather close their stupid platform.

El sábado me tenían que haber entregado un aire acondicionado y no vinieron, así que esperé desde por la mañana hasta por la noche. El martes volvió a pasar lo mismo, y encima el repartidor mintió diciendo que había venido. Es más, tienen la desfachatez de afirmar que sí vino... y que el cliente es lo más importante. No me extraña la factura que reciben.On Saturday I was supposed to have an air conditioner delivered and they didn't come, so I waited from morning to night. On Tuesday the same thing happened again, and on top of that the delivery man lied that he had come. What's more, they have the nerve to claim that he did come... and that the customer is the most important thing. I am not surprised by the the comments they receive.

Like everyone else Domestika has turned out to be a complete scam. Paid 99p for a cousre thats signs you up to Domestika Plus a non refundable service. They then charged £270 as their "free trial" is up. So for a 2 course that are unused £7 they charge almost £300. At no point did it say it was subscription. They are a complete CON

Can I give 0 stars? They must have good marketing as I thought I was booking directly with the hotel.All I wanted to do was change my room from 1 king to 2 queens but after losing 2 hours of my life on the phone, I was told "no changes".Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.

For whatever reason Triple A's customer service has greatly depreciated in the past year or so. Now, the technicians or whomever comes out when you need them when they do come, mostly men, they are usually pretty cool and reasonable. It is the reps when calling to get assistance, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. The last time I JUST HAD TO CALL I locked my keys in the car and needed, well thought, I still had service calls and did not. The rep that answered the line was so rude. I was notified that I had to make a payment, which was fine, but literally EVERYTHING was locked in my car, so making a payment at that moment was IMPOSSIBLE. I did ask if I could pay them when they came out and she rudely and very nonchalantly told me NO. I was like well how do I provide payment information over the phone when all of my belongings are in the vehicle that I do not have access to, this b*&^%, excuse my language, told me not her problem and that they needed payment before they could send someone out. YES, I called her every name, but the child of God after I hung up in her face. I did, and for that I apologize, but there was no compassion, no trying to work with me, just rudeness and lack of empathy. I would probably never use Triple A again, and just get the same service through my insurance. If you do read this please consider all of your options first. Go Auto is a really cheap insurance and they offer services like tow, rental, lock out, i.e... AAA just has gone down in the last few years, I have even had instances where I have called for a tow and they just didn't show up. LIKE LITERALLY said they they were sending someone out and JUST NEVER SHOWED.. do better Triple A. I always pay for a year when I do use them, but since the incident with the rep when I had the lockout, I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Four service calls a year is not enough anyway!!!

They forced me to acquire a late fee when their phones lines were over 2hour wait time, then when they "removed it" it increased my minimum due 10.00 now saying it is due to an increased balance of the late fee. If they never applied the late fee my balance would not of increased and if my balance was never increased my minimum would not of increased.

I find it hard to understand how an 'inclusivity' calendar that makes note of various religious festivals can exclude noting the dates of Christmas and New Year. Christianity has as much right to appear on this calendar as any other religion. This gives me concern about how the Trust is actually run so I will no longer support it in any way until it is truly inclusive. The trust has behaved immorality in many ways in recent years so it is now time to say it is not just an oversight but actually aggressive activity against many of the people it should be serving. In Groveland, FL, Kroger delivery will not hire anyone age 50 and above per what the Kroger recruiter emphatically states. I have had a variety of enthusiastic young people deliver, those in their 20's-40's. Most ask for a tip. But the Kroger delivery people make $30,000-$40,000 a year and only have a high school diploma. I do not tip. I enjoy getting my Kroger deliveries. No issues at all.

For instance, I have an hp envy 4520 printer which is fresh out of the box and does not work AND cannot be repaired in a city as large as Fargo Nd. The second I attempt to review this printer publicly, I am met with Cnet which claims to know the product but in fact does not provide an accurate review of the product nor does reflect the experience of product users.
