Cnet gives reviews but does not accept community input, thus the review likely reflects bias by the individual writer(s). For instance, I have an hp envy 4520 printer which is fresh out of the box and does not work AND cannot be repaired in a city as large as Fargo Nd. The second I attempt to review this printer publicly, I am met with Cnet which claims to know the product but in fact does not provide an accurate review of the product nor does reflect the experience of product users.
