One of the stupid platform you can imagine. The customer service agents, they are employing nowadays have no knowledge about anything. The booking.com customer service was before high class, but now is lowest lowest class. Am host, they cancel my guest booking, because the guest lied to them I cant host them, and i wrote booking.com I can host them, saying what the guest said is not true, they acknowledge it, and said the reservation is valid as it is, since we confirm availability, only for next day, we saw the booking was cancel, we got shock to how, why. We called many times no tangible reason, than we cancel it, we send prove of their response, nothing was done, after 1 month they send invoice of 2000euro plus saying we will paid for relocation for the guest they did, i was shock. I called them, nothing was done uptill now. Not only we could not rent the place out but they ask us to pay for something we did not do. Of course, I wont pay. I will rather close their stupid platform.
