I have a landline

I have a landline, high speed internet and Directv. I can't do anything on att.com because no matter what I select, I am immediately redirected to directv. So if I wanted to pay the landline or internet, I can't. I've told them a hundred times for several years, they acknowledge it, but never do anything about it. This company must have the worst web designers and IT people on the planet. I pray that the cost of removing the underground lead cable and pension obligations puts them out of business. They do nothing to maintain infrastructure and their fancy fiber cable is coated in a peanut based material the squirrels just love to chew on. This is hands down the absolute worst American Company. Shameful and overpriced to the extreme for terrible customer service.
