This is a disaster. There is no way to manage the business portfolio, I can't add any of my own pages. Connection to Woocommerce? I can't select any page!!!! Create a catalog? IMPOSSIBLE. Shame, I spent 3 days trying to do something with it, the plugin is creating new portfolios, where Ic an't assing anything. A garbage.

I was notified more than 3 hours ago of delivery, yet it was not found in any locations in the building. You did not provide any info about how to contact the carrier.Follow up @ 8:00 a.m. Tuesday: When the package arrived, someone (either the carrier or building staff) wrote an incorrect condo unit on the box and it was routed to another resident. That person realized the error, the staff re-routed the package to me, and notified me early this morning. Sorry for the mixup, which seems to happen often here. Next time I'll try to track down the situation locally before contacting B&N.

Was unable to cancel a subscription because I now have a different device to the one I originally subscribed on even though I have the same log in and bank details and also awful customer service I emailed twice and got no reply and there is no phone number to call I can find you just get automated emails not seen by a person once.

They’ve had my return for two weeks and still have not refunded my money. On top of that I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour and their recording tells you to try their online chat which has a que that is over 100. Never doing business with this company again.

Beware of this company - a 'security' company who act like scammers! They take money without permission and don't give it back. They took over £70 from my account, without permission, on an 'autorenewal'. When I pointed out I had no interest in their product, they refused to send the money back. Instead they got someone called David, a 'retention officer', to write and offer to cut me a deal, as if it's up to them when they take money without permission whether or not to give it back.I see I'm not the only person to have this experience.If you're running a company, think twice about working with a security company this unethical.

Opened a chat and it said an agent will be with you in 4.5 HRS. To add to aggravation they sent annoying text every 10 minutes asking if I was going to wait and demanding a yes or no.

I ordered a XPS 8950. Had it for about a month before I decided to use the DVD to find out it doesn't work. Gave Dell support a call and they tried to fix it remotely. That took two hours to check the hardware, and all the hardware was fine. Then they said it was a software issue. We do not deal with that, but you can get Dell software support for $99. So what I got was a computer with good hardware, but got to pay extra for good software so I can use it. Like buying a new car and having to pay extra to get it started. Dell has really gone down hill. This is my last Dell!

How am I able to contact Community@ if I'm banned...---Very very bad support, no sense of logic are given from them, sometimes takes ages before they reply and still no useful info or help, i would definitely NOT recommend the use of Cloudflare! Also are they handling a weird policy to ban you and your site when you're telling them they are delivering a really bad job.Example:If you need help because Cloudflare messed up your site when making a SSL connection, and you try to contact them for over 2 months, they just ban you and your site, out of nothing without explanation or notices.And now after 2 year they still didn't reply or have tried to make me a happy CF user again, so that's telling enough about the way they work, and how much they really care about "Making the Internet Better".#ShameonCF

The listing stated the book was volume 3, which is the one I need, so I ordered it. Then, correspondence came through to confirm the order and it stated it was volume 1. This is misleading and dishonest. Items should be correctly listed. I have requested a refund. Let's see what happens!
