I have had to call Nest Customer Service over eight times in three months. My system will not turn off, will not get to temperature and my electric bill was over $700. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. ESPECIALLY ADRIANNA AND JOE.I have been hung up on, transferred and never helped.DO NOT BUY!!]
