Bought a laptop earlier this year. It broke. I returned it. Refund received. They resold me laptop failing to wipe my data and it has been reused to buy things on the web such as honey and software products. Phoned customer service who were obtuse and refused to put me through to a manager. "Managers don't accept calls".
