We had a salesperson call my husband about switching from Verizon. Due to the high bill we were being charged, we decided to allow them to come to our home, and we would look into it. My husband and I tried so very hard to ask questions and be very thorough about what the cost would be for our phones and two watches (we have a family plan). We also looked into switching our internet. Shannon stated she would be our contact for all of our needs. She told us our bill would be $288, not including taxes and fees. Now, I figured the bill would be about $350 to $380 a month, but that was not the case. My bill is $508! Also, we got the internet, and that bill has stayed close to the promised cost, but they still need to bury my line. It runs from a pole to my upstairs window and has yet to be placed underground as they said they would be. It hovers over my driveway. My issue is that they need to be honest about the cost and follow through with their promises. Shannon, our contact, has ghosted us and will not return our calls at all. She promised credits that were never applied. If we could have been told the truth, we could have made choices on a plan better suited for cost. There are people losing their situation every day, and the dishonesty of these companies is not helping. I would not expect them to give phones away, just to follow through with what they tell their customers.

Absolute waste of a week for me. Like many businesses we run part of it as a credit account from a supplier. Easy? Not as far as quickbooks is concerned. Four phonecalls later and unless it falls into their script they are bamboozled. "Speak to an accountant" I don't need to as I have managed my own books perfectly well it is the system that is flawed. Don't even bother with the live chat. Complete waste of time. A week of my life I won't get back!!! Back to the old windows and excel for me

El Cortes Ingles, Alicante: I wanted to exchange Sony headphones, which I had briefly worn, for a different model because they were pressing on my ear. I was even prepared to pay the difference. They refused. Exchanges only if they're defect?! I wasn't even allowed to try them out when I bought them. Buying a pig in a poke is allowed, but exchanging them is not. They're flouting EU law.

So disappointed with the booking in advance system. Went to The Roman Fort Homestead yesterday. I didn't know it was a National Trust property. It was 1pm and there were plenty of unbooked spaces. I had my phone and was advised to use it to book in. No signal and no offer of WiFi to use. The place was denied to us. Tried to book for another place today...'Sales Ended' Staff were unfriendly unhelpful and we were unwelcome. Thats another 2 members money you will not be getting. Any other company selling tickets would keep selling until sold out. I just don't understand why NT have chosen to treat us so poorly.

I wish I would read the reviews before I made a purchase from these robbers. Instead, I have to write a review now to warn everyone who reads this. This platform is a horrible rip-off made apparently made by shameless people who think that students are made of money. The interface is extremely inconvenient, the prices are overly high, turned out that Amazon had the same book for half the price , BUT ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RETURN AN ONLINE PRODUCT, no ability to download, the humiliating limit of ten pages "per time" (at least in my case). Just make yourself a favour and avoid it if possible.

Disgrace.Locked out of my account. Changed my number 6 years ago. The recoverty password to my email does not even work and they are sending tthe OTP to a number i changed 6 years ago. Horrible platfgorm and the only reason i want to access it is becuase I have contacts on there i need to get in touch with. Customer support is non existant and there is aaboslutely no way to get any help.
