Bad changes

It's absolutely ridiculous that you are now forced to download the app to view tracking of an order. I was able to pay for the item in question on the website without the app so l should be able to view the tracking for that purchase without the app also. I'm a long time fan of Etsy but this is going to change my mind if it remains like this.

Customer Service are clueless

I had simple issue that I needed to resolve and eventually I worked it out for myself, it was simply a press of a button that required me to fix my issue. But the person over the phone speaking in broken English was rambling on about something completely irrelevant. The support team know less about their service compared to new users 🤣🤣🤣 I sincerely hope they are not getting paid a good sum of money for the abysmal job that they are doing

Review of Pinterest

Lost all of my boards today!

Yesterday I tried going into my Pinterest account and after many years of having this app they asked for my birthdate. When I gave a fake year because it's none of Pinterests business how old I am they deactivated my account. This is discrimination. The only way I can reactivate this account is provide a picture of my driver's license front and back and provide facial recognition. I find this fraudulent. Unless this site is providing pornography or items to purchase there is no reason Pinterest needs my age.

They are bombarding with ADS

It is a shame but this app has become an unusable. They implemented recent changes to the app which involve seeing at least 2 ads per page every time you scroll. Before it was one add after every 5-10 pins or so which was bearable but still annoying now it’s excessive and screams greediness. This is the biggest middle finger to their users they could ever pull. This app has not seen any software/platform design improvement in ages but this is what they decide to do instead. Just gross. I am afraid the app is on its last leg, and they are digging their own grave. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I originally didn't plan to use Teachable…

I originally didn't plan to use Teachable. My offering is for a small group--only 6 people--but the more I got intoTeachable the more I saw it would be great to have it as a resource for the students. Yes, I could send their lessons weekly by email, but where then is the catalog that houses all their learning materials? I hoped Teachable wouldn't be more work than it was worth and dove in, starting with the Free plan. It was work, but it wasn't break your pencil-in-half-this-is-too-hard-to-figure-out work. Teachable is a big app with a lot of functionality, but if you take it one thing at a time, it's very doable and the result might blow you away. (I was blown away when I saw my finished Sales page). BTW, I upgraded from Free to Basic, so I could charge through Teachable for the offering.)

I feel like I’ve learned a lot using the app, but like many reviewers have mentioned here, the customer service is nonexistent. I regularly don’t receive the Xp boosts that I’ve earned for completing the daily quests, I’ve sent feedback multiple times, and all I’ve ever gotten back is an auto reply, never a resolution. As far as the people complaining that the app is “woke”, grow up. There are all different kinds of people in the world, and just because you aren’t comfortable with it, doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t represent everyone in their app. There are PLENTY of straight couples mentioned as well as gay couples. And literally the ONE story about the lion tamer, as if any child reading that story would understand that Eddy is not actually a lion tamer. 🙄

This paper should go down like the News of the world did, HORRID RAG!

During Brexit and now the Covid-19 pandemic this rag and its website is a constant source of doom and gloom both adding to peoples fears and worries and not being held accountable to information they publish which later on turns out to be wrong! I liked going onto the website to read the news but at the moment its just all full of "Could" and "Might" so tired of this sack of crap paper that i will now no longer view the site. Once covid is over i think there should be a review of all the junk this rag has printed and published which has caused fear and anxiety for a lot of people, myself included in that.

I Oder a coffee table 3/15/2023 they withdrew the money from my account right away. Till today 3/30/2023 no table. I had call them many times, but only lied after lie. Finally a supervisor told me that a was deliver to the wrong address but no to worry! That I will have my table on 3 days, that was on 3/26/23 today is 3/30/23 and no table!! So there is the way Bed Bath & Beyond makes money 😞

Glitchy App and Bad Customer Service

I had an old account with Line when another app required it.Recently I tried to login after years, with the same phone number. For some reason the verification process would not send me a code.I contacted support and their frist response was only do the verification process once. When I explained I did it multiple times because the first time didn't work they asked me the following questions that I already answered: What is my email, what is my country code, what country am I in, what is my number, and can my cell phone receive text. I have answered these questions over and over again in the past few hours five times. I keep responding and asking if they are seeing my responses. They ignored my questions and just keep asking over and over. This is under report 0021678315.
