Disgrace.Locked out of my account. Changed my number 6 years ago. The recoverty password to my email does not even work and they are sending tthe OTP to a number i changed 6 years ago. Horrible platfgorm and the only reason i want to access it is becuase I have contacts on there i need to get in touch with. Customer support is non existant and there is aaboslutely no way to get any help.

Salesforce has different license types available. I accidentally purchased the wrong license. (Same price) When I asked them to switch my license, because I made a mistake... They told me I would have to eat the $300 and they would not prorate or refund at all. Total garbage people.

I've been burned and have not received a couple fo expensive items that I backed. While I expect one to eventually be shipped, I am not certain about the Chopbox cutting board that I backed in 2019 even after coughing up more money for shipping, I have yet to receive my reward. I would like to suggest that you add a way to mark the items that have been received so that I can check my dashboard and easily see which items have been received. I also wish that I could view the entire list of contributions rather than have to page through them 5 at a time.

Customer support in FB is comically bad. I have been trying for a day now to report a hacked account in FB; there are various automated procedures that get you into a loop, with no hope of escape. With these IT companies, it's generally the case the support can be sketchy, but FB are championing the concept of non-support to amazing heights.

This is the third time that I've used 99 designs for a logo. This was the most difficult of the three. The challenge I had was that none of the designers would do any refinements until the next level. I wound up with a design I feel that is less than what I wanted.

They send too many emails and then when I go online, it would say just sold out of stock. I’ve been trying to buy an item for over a year and a half it’s listed it’s in my cart and when I go to check out, it says oops just sold out. I wanted to do business with Wayfair but they made it very difficult. I’ve read other reviews and they are very disturbing in terms of work environment and consumers experience.

I ordered a WordPress theme while having no chance to try it first. I hoped that it would be just fine and that was my mistake. While actually trying to set up my site, I ran into several issues that were not obvious from the demo site. I reached out to the support and the guy there was not helpful at all - he was not answering my questions or trying to help me (or maybe was incompetent, hard to tell). He always had an answer, but sadly, to questions/problems I didn't have. I am really disappointed.

I have a 2023 Taycan 4S Cross Turismo. It is the 10th Porsche I have owned. Beverly other one has been bullet proof and a pleasure to own.Then I got this. Do t get me wrong - parts of it are amazing. It looks lovely and to say it is rapid is an understatement. However, I have had all sorts of build issues. Two factory recalls, regular garage visits, boot leaked water into boot lid and boot (three times into garage), PCM issue and a rattle that took over TWO MONTHS to resolve. Rattling brake discs (that’s not a worry, is it!!?) only found after changing a shock absorber, two ball joints, a trialing arm and roll bar apparently. All in all, I reckon I was without the car for 4 months in the first 13 months of ownershipPorsche Tonbridge have been good but the issue here is that I have what some manufacturers called a “Friday afternoon” car. As it was funded via Volkswagen Financial Services, I have apparently had to deal with them in the first instance and they have been less than sympathetic with a derisory compensation offer. I was lent a Macan ( which kept changing as they sold the demo’s!) but if I wanted a Macan, I would have bought one. I have been denied the use of my car for 4 months and spent time and petrol on 40 mile round trips to the dealer. The only way forward for me now is court which I intend to do. However, the issue here is the product. Apparently Porsche UK are not interacted in helping. This car lists at £120k. How is this the way for a luxury brand to behave? If this was a TV or iPhone, the trailer of manufacturer would have exchanged it for a working model the moment I walked into the store. That is what they should do here. No wonder sales and values have fallen so much…

This has been a good payment service for my needs thoroughout the years. My old account was banned, but it was later resolved by the help of support. Support is good, if you manage to avoid the AI bots (try to reach them via their "AskPaypal" handles or email address).I have relied on the buyer protection successfully several times, and on one occasion, PayPal refunded my Dad's charge out of their own pocket as a courtesy.
