Problem on top of problem. Ikea and TaskRabbit have had some sort of issue with each other since the beginning of December when TaskRabbit‘s contract was changed. This results in the customer being stuck in the middle, issues not getting resolved. I believe all Ikea staff need to be retrained so they actually know the procedure and what they are doing.
