J'ai envoyé mon Pixel 7 pro pour réparation de l'écran le 27 MARS 2024. Colis perdu puis retrouvé, réparé et reçu 1 mois plus tard. À la réception, écran mal réparé et non hermétique. 45 min au tel avec le SAV, on me propose un échange contre un reconditionne avec garantis 24 mois. J'accepte, on me promet un mail sous 24h avec étiquette de retour. Je reçois finalement un mail disant que le tel a pris l'eau (FAUX!) et ne peut pas être remplacé. On me prend pour une imbécile ?! Nouveau contact avec le SAV, je dois tout réexpliquer, renvoyer des photos malgré un numéro de dossier. 1h au tel et on me dit d'attendre une réponse au mail précédant sous 24h. Demande de parler à un responsable : raccrochée au nez. 2 mois de galère. Service inacceptable pour une si grande entreprise. Je suis très déçu ! Terminé, je n'achèterai plus rien chez vous et je ne recommande pas !--------I sent my Pixel 7 Pro for screen repair on March 27, 2024. The package was lost, then found, repaired, and received one month later. Upon receiving it, the screen was poorly repaired and not sealed properly. After a 45-minute call with customer service, I was offered an exchange for a refurbished one with a 24-month warranty. I agreed, and they promised to send me an email with a return label within 24 hours. Instead, I received an email stating that the phone had water damage (FALSE!) and could not be replaced. Do they take me for an idiot?! Another contact with customer service, I had to explain everything again, send photos despite having a case number. After 1 hour on the phone, they told me to wait for a response to the previous email within 24 hours. Asked to speak to a manager: hung up on me. 2 months of hassle. Unacceptable service for such a large company. I am very disappointed! I’m done, I will never buy anything from your store !
