I signed up for a Hulu 3 week trial which was to end December 6th. Today they tried to get the money out for the monthly cost, but I need a new debit card and it didn't work. I receive SS income only and would have been overdrawn if it had worked. Forget about Hulu!

After their latest updates to their Terms and Conditions, I don't plan to renew my subscription again. "We are clarifying that, as we continue to increase the breadth and depth of the content we make available to you, circumstances may require that certain titles and types of content include ads, even in our 'no ads' or 'ad free' subscription tiers." So "no ads" and "ad free" are now "fewer ads."

I was really looking forward to trying out Meta AI, but unfortunately, it's been a disappointment. The responses often feel generic and lack depth. I've had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, the AI seems to miss the point. The conversation feels forced and unnatural, like I'm talking to a robot (which, I guess, I am). The lack of understanding and insight has been frustrating. I was expecting a more intuitive and helpful experience, but it's a letdown.

Had an issue to start with that was down to information not being so clear on the site about being a sole trader, individual or company user and the cost impacts of this. I am told this is being looked into so that users can clearly see from the pricing section what you can buy and what it costs. I do think you need to offer more options for purchase without subscription!However once communication started the issue was discussed and resolved quickly once I paid more money.

Meta has permanently disabled my Facebook and Instagram accounts without any prior warning or explanation. The only reason cited was a vague reference to “community standards,” but no actual content was ever identified. I have never violated their terms, and yet my entire online presence of over a decade – personal photos, messages, connections, and memories – is now completely inaccessible.The appeal process is a joke. It is fully automated, provides no detail about the supposed breach, and offers no way to actually talk to a human being. Even attempts to verify my identity led to dead ends. Worse still, the ban also locked me out of WhatsApp and Messenger, despite there being no issues with those platforms – a clear example of Meta applying blanket punishment without review or justification.I’ve since discovered that thousands of users are in the same situation, many wrongfully banned due to what appears to be an AI moderation error. Meta has yet to publicly acknowledge the issue, even though it has been reported in international media. In South Korea, government officials were able to confirm that a large number of users were falsely banned due to over-aggressive AI filters. Yet for the rest of us, there has been nothing but silence.There is now a petition with over 23,000 signatures calling on Meta to fix this broken system and provide real human support.Meta’s customer service is non-existent, and their systems are ruining people’s digital lives without recourse. We deserve better from a company that holds so much of our personal data. If you’re considering relying on Meta for personal memories or communication, think twice – you could lose it all in an instant, and no one at the company will help you.

Just like many others here I am feeling that I have been blocked from replying or responding to others on several posts. Especially on posts that I have given a conservative view point or response to.. Either their algorithms are programmed improperly or they have the system rigged to eliminate or at least delay the conversations or arguments that may arise. Instead of being able to look and or reply to my posts or comments I am redirected to "traffic.spot.im" Must be their parking spot for people or topics they question or disagree with.. Good thing I don't rely on Fox or many of the other Mainstream networks for factual news..

First and foremost the stock recommendations are doing well. That is the core of what I am looking for. My other observation is that there is so much information and numerous emails that a more novice investor just can’t keep up or organize the info presented. I am sure I am not taking full advantage of the services I have purchased. What I end up doing is going to top 10 lists and pick from there. What would be fantastic is the ability to talk to someone to answer questions and give organizational advise specific to my needs as time goes on , hopefully, experience increases

Awful service! I opened my account as a seller, I had 4 orders and none of them got through. Etsy blocked them all. I contacted customer service multiple times without getting any help until I lost faith and decided to close shop. And I had just opened it and they did not offer anything for my inconvenience. Horrible experience!

Bought a pair of crocs from ASOS for my grandson....ordered the wrong size (my mistake). Returned them & had to buy a new pair. These were $30 more expensive than the 1st pair - due to a first time purchasing discount.Anyway, I decided to go ahead with the 2nd purchase as I felt confident with the refund process.When the refund came through I had $8.99 deducted for the postage, then $11.25 for "discount" leaving $54.75 when the original purchase price was $75!! What a rip-off!!I won't be buying from ASOS again.

Absolutely awful customer service. No one I talked to had up-to-date information on my booking. Multiple missing emails from my communications with customer service. No supervisors were available to respond to requests. I had to be the one to find out that the booking had been canceled multiple times with no communication from the company. The only way they found out that my flight had been canceled was when I called them and told them. Completely useless. Do not book with this website. They will take your money and give you nothing for it.

Absolutely NO service at the end of our Cheesecake Factory visit (Westbury NY) today !!! Greeters were good, waiter was great ! food was delicious…. so we tried to get a few slices of their namesake Cheesecake to go … but the 3 people behind the counter were too busy with each other to even acknowledge our presence …. not even enough to say “ …be with you in a moment …” . so after waiting 7-8 minutes without any hope of getting even ONE of them to help, we decided to leave and pick up desert elsewhere … not that they even noticed or cared… after all, our $20 didn’t matter to them … unless we were “undercover bosses” …. and maybe not even THEN !!! A nearby Whole Foods had some great deserts at half the cost! Any of you had a similar experience at Cheesecake Factory ? Btw … nowhere to give a review on their website…. that’s why it’s here on Yelp !
