Their system got date wrong, refused to correct or refund.

Created a reservation for a hotel for Oct 22. Submitted the order and received a confirmation for Oct 5 (the current day). Called both booking-agent (Expedia) and the Hotel (Best Western) IMMEDIATELY to correct the issue, neither were willing to do anything, and both refused to fix the obvious error on the date, or refund.This hotel is adjacent to the university my daughter is taking classes at. In order to scam us out of 1 day's rent, they are foregoing all the weeks/months we would have stayed in the future. Congratulations.

Some Careless and lazy delivery people

Some new person delivering packages doesn't follow instructions, deliveries are left outside a 10 level high block building right by the main road for thiefs to pick up but on app it will say " handed to the resident ". Its been already 3 or 4 times in a row we have to claim refund or redelivery because of missing packages that hasn't been delivered to us or safe place.

For years CNN reported on Russia collusion as if it were the end of the democracy ( with no facts or name sources to back it up). There was no collusion tied to Trump but we now KNOW for a FACT that the DNC paid fusion GPS for foreign lies in an attempt to influence the election in favor of Hillary and crickets from CNN. Snakes in the grass... shame on you for ignoring the truth.

Discrimination and no customer service

I Was refused to talk to because I spoke English not Dutch! Called Bol today to enquire about my parcel ( one item was missing in the package) and the guy told me to speak Dutch. I explained him that I am a temporary visitor and don’t speak Dutch and that I am sure he speaks English perfectly. He responded in English to call back the same number again.I called again and the lady told me the same thing and hung up on me!This behaviour is outrageous and discriminative! We are a family of expats from Australia who were invited to work in Belgium for a fixed term. We are leaving the country next month. We didn’t come here to stay / apply for citizenship, etc. Anyway, Bol discriminate and don’t have any customer service whatsoever, I will make sure our expat network is aware of it and will never shop with them again, shame on you Bol!

Aweber shut my account and I was not…

Aweber shut my account and I was not doing anything wrong. The thing is, I don't mind the fact that they shut down my account. They are a business and they are not required to work with everyone. What I mind is the ruthless, horrible way they dealt with it. I spent a whole month making the automation sequences with Aweber - emails with my heart and soul in them that were tied to a complex sales process.They just shut it off, and did not have the courtesy to allow me to login and simply copy my emails to move them to another service. I didn't have high spam complaints, was not doing anything illegal, and there was essentially no reason for it.Do not work with Aweber. They will cut you off and ruin your business and they do not care at all about it or about you. If you contact them after they cancel your account, they will look at your account and cut off the live chat. They are ruthless and evil in this regard.I understand the need to control email to some level, but not like this. What they did to me should be illegal because they have destroyed about 250 hours of my personal work, heart, and energy that I put into writing emails that work with my sales process. It is like they do not understand that there are little people like me who feed their families with customer communication through email.Again, all they had to do, was to warn me that I cannot send any more emails, and to give me a few days to login and copy my content so I do not have to create it all from scratch. It is not funny to do this to people. If you are a person who really cares about your customers and you need to feed your family with your email marketing, do not trust Aweber ever again after reading this.This didn't just hurt me and didn't just hurt my customers, this hurt my kids. Now that they have booted me I have been waiting all day for a simple response. When they sent me my broadcast emails and my contact data, they said I would have to contact their support via email to ask about the other emails.It is like they do not understand that these emails are tied to live sales processes on a website that has real paying customers, and now customers do not have communication and that money is paying people's bills and someone is depending on their service that they paid for to help give life to their business. Aweber does not care about that, and does not care about you at all. They do not care about their customers. Which, obviously, they do not care about their brand because you better believe that the world will hear about this. If I have to recreate all of that material than I will also take time to make sure other people know, and they cancel their aweber account and move somewhere else where they are cared about and taken care of by people who care about their customers lives.Laws should be passed preventing companies from deleting your content like this. It was the most unethical way I have ever been treated by an email company in all my years of marketing online. Stay away and do not recommend this company.

Don't use Agoda. I wish I could opt for 0 star. The least ethical company... Many frauds from the company itself. No support at all with human beings, only bots making you go round till you give up or unable to continue... No email or hotline to contact so no requests possible... money gone in their pocket ! They make you pay bookings overpriced by 30% or more with expectations of a cashback to collect back this 30% 6 mouths later... But always glitches and you never get it... Money goes into their pocket... There should be a full investigation made on this company... They do all they can to scam clients here and there...

I booked flights for my whole family on October 2021 through eDreams UK , paid initially for tickets, luggage and reserved our seats so the whole family can sit together.To travel with Lufthansa airliner.When we contacted Luftansa they told us we don't have seats or luggage and eDreams never paid them for it, eDream only paid for the tickets and we must pay £520 if we the seats and luggage .We had to pay again for the seats and luggage.For nearly three months I have been contacting eDreams for a refund but they keep lying to me and finally ignored me all together. After I posted a negative review last week , they email me and said they are dealing with my case which I know they are lying again.PEOPLE OUT THERE , PLEASE DON'T USE eDreams UK, for your travel or anything , they will scam you and take your money without providing the good you paid for. This just happened to my family and I don't want any more people to get caught ?This is a bit of advice, I hope no one else can get caught in the future by this untrustworthy company , crooks , scammers etc...PS: When I receive my refund , I will post an other review updating everythingRiva Chabbi

I took out a trial subscription and then cancelled by e-mail. Like other reviewers on this site, I got an e-mail stating that I had to phone in. When I did phone in, they refunded the payment that had appeared on my card after the date of my e-mail.If you take out a trial subscription online, cancel within the first 14 days and you are covered by The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2103. E-mail notification is sufficient by law.

Signed up for prepaid subscription with free Fitbit.No Fitbit ever sent. Have been chasing customer services with no response for MONTHS.Asked for full refund and only received pro rata partial. How about my partial Fitbit! If I had know you would never send would never had subscribed and spent hours and hours chasing.

This target on Magestic palms is the worst. I get 2 items off the clearance rack just to have the cashier tell me they are not on clearance. I looked at them 3 days ago thinking about buying them. They were then also on the clearance rack. Obviously employees and mgmt don’t know how to do their jobs right. I hardly ever go to this target and I won’t ever go to one again.
