Terrible assistance

I loved Depop and was a regular user for years, finding it a great experience that was a more sustainable and cheaper form of retail shopping. But last week I was logged out of my account, when trying to sign back in I got my password wrong 3 times, it then said I had to contact to get logged back in (couldn’t change my password) so I got in contact and they said I would have to appeal for my account not to be blocked ?? So emailed and said I simply got my password wrong and want to change it or find out how to prove that it is me. They said they sent a link to appeal it further but none was sent (checked spam too). I then emailed asking for the link to be sent again and if there was something else I’m not aware of as a reason for blocking me from my account PERMANENTLY/removing my account as that is a massive over reaction for a simple password being wrong. I received a brushed off email refusing to give me any more information or assistance and to stop contacting and that now I am permanently blocked from Depop (without sending an appeal link)?? So now I cannot use Depop and have a very sour taste of my experience with customer service particularly Karl who I was “assisted” by.
