Experiencing unacceptable customer service from Mitch. Waiting on the phone for almost an hour with unprepared staff, who has no clue about their company, only to have them abruptly end the call is truly frustrating. I’m not even sure if my order will be delivered. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY WITH IKEA AGAIN.
