I have been using Crunchyroll for a very long time and I can without a doubt say not a single issue that I have emailed them about has been fixed or even looked at. There are plenty of decent titles which really should be given to a different company like Funimation as this company does not know what it’s doing. The issues range from play back errors constantly to subtitles option being stuck on local language languages rather than selected ones despite whatever the settings say. The list goes with not even being able to access content such a one piece and lord knows how many other when trying to change to English. All they need is a proper competitor for them to become obsolete and fingers crossed Funimation is the one to do it and give us a better alternative over this horrible viewing experience.
