I cancelled my subscription months ago…

I cancelled my subscription months ago - it took a lot of arguing with an agent but I insisted o wanted it cancelled . However despite this I was charged again - I contacted the economist again , asked for previous chat transcript which never was provided but was reassured that they would refund me - surprise surprise they haven’t At least I took a screenshot of the chat this time which should help me file a dispute with the credit card company Absolutely dishonest service from the economist - safe to say I will never as much as but one edition of the magazine again
