I ordered 2 books and clearly stated my address. I should have received it 29th Sept but I didn't. Then now at 1st Oct I suddenly received a notification that the items are returned to Bol.com. I checked the address but I write it correcly. I am truly disappointed. I will rethink again if I want to buy things from bol.com.
