Flight arrived late from Bangkok into Dubai airport, I missed my connecting flight and had to wait 7 hours in Dubai for the next available flight. That was 2 months ago, I contacted Emirates asking for compensation I was told I would receive a decision in 30 days. No reply from Emirates. I contacted them again still no reply.

THE worst experience I have ever had! I never received my package and called them multiple times regarding a refund and each phone call was “you should see a refund within 3-5 days” to “your refund was denied!” because yyyyeeaars ago, someone used my address to order a large amount of merchandise (I moved in last year) I had to call my bank to dispute it after almost a whole month of their b.s! NEVER AGAIN!! DSW sucks!

Lego has been my resource of fun many hours of good times I got hooked in the early years as a boy. Not only lego is just a kids toy it's a positive learning experience for me I suffer from depression I was incouraged to keep building I build on hard to say how much I invested in this fine toy. Lego is a place I can go into my own world my imagination is very strong. I don't build the most amazing things like the experts do. I build robots mechs and love building the themed sets I get do excited shopping and can't wait to get home and build them so much fun. Thank you lego your worth every penny keep it up I love you...

Dear Lego designerThe lego build was awesome I enjoyed it so much!But I strongly believe that it could be done betterFirstly kai's mech legs were to thick and the arms were to skinny. I thought it looked a bit uglyAlso when I transformed Zane's car with the other carsI found it a bit hard to make it stand up.Jay's jet turned in to armplates and it made it look a bit over loaded.But after all I found it very nice and impressive ! I agree with other comments - this company is a scam and they are thieves. I took a chance on a course which cost £0.99. The course was actually no good because it was subtitled and I couldn't easily watch what they were doing at the same time as reading. They also mis-translated technical terms in the subtitles which made it very difficult to follow. I wasn't too bothered as it only cost a pound, but now they have charged me $227.83 USD through Paypal without my knowledge. I believe they added the year subscription to my basket with no charge for a month And I did not notice this as the basket was just showing 99p or $1.04 I have complained and got automated responses back (the fact that they have an automated response about being wrongly charged for a subscription says something...). Currently trying to dispute the charge through PayPal, but not sure I'll get anywhere as others haven't. I feel like I've been scammed - but that they might get away with it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The product purchase was not as good as my original book - it was a poor watered down version - I only purchased it because it said it was larger print(could have helped my old eyes) I will continue using my old version of The Stations of The Cross although I may have to purchase a magnifying glass.

In reply to Ian and his support for the NT, I had to put up with three months of them refusing point blank to refund my payment after they cancelled my holiday in a NT cottage. They tried to bully me into accepting a voucher which the Consumer and Marketing Authority has declared illegal. They tried everything to try and get out of repaying what was my lawful right. That’s how good a charity it is. Don’t you dare try to defend them.

Take the time to set up automated tasks and connect a couple zaps and you will save a ton of time and duplicate entries. Has been a real game changer for our sales team. Everyone is held accountable and mgmt can see everything in real time. Support team is wonderful too!
