In reply to Ian and his support for the NT, I had to put up with three months of them refusing point blank to refund my payment after they cancelled my holiday in a NT cottage. They tried to bully me into accepting a voucher which the Consumer and Marketing Authority has declared illegal. They tried everything to try and get out of repaying what was my lawful right. That’s how good a charity it is. Don’t you dare try to defend them.
