Flight arrived late from Bangkok into Dubai airport, I missed my connecting flight and had to wait 7 hours in Dubai for the next available flight. That was 2 months ago, I contacted Emirates asking for compensation I was told I would receive a decision in 30 days. No reply from Emirates. I contacted them again still no reply.
