THE worst experience I have ever had! I never received my package and called them multiple times regarding a refund and each phone call was “you should see a refund within 3-5 days” to “your refund was denied!” because yyyyeeaars ago, someone used my address to order a large amount of merchandise (I moved in last year) I had to call my bank to dispute it after almost a whole month of their b.s! NEVER AGAIN!! DSW sucks!
