I purchased a Philips coffee machine for £300, and within just three months, it became faulty. Despite two repair attempts (which they use a third-party repair centre for), Philips failed to fix it. Their customer service is utterly useless. Now, I’m forced to take the financial hit and buy a DeLonghi espresso machine instead.As a long-time fan of Philips shavers, I’m extremely disappointed. You’ve lost a loyal customer, Philips. What a fantastic way to destroy customer goodwill.

Ordered something with BOL.COM and the promised delivery date was not met and tracing was not possible. 3 days later, I tried to get in touch with BOL.I started with the chatting:The chatting (with a robot) was awful and all answers were fully pre-programmed and not very useful (understand not at all).When calling them, they immediately opened the umbrella, saying the issue was with the partner which I had to contact myself although I paid BOL. This partner, MM-commerce, apparently did not deliver, did not send a tracing code and did not inform me.So the experience is rather disappointing.

Made a reservation and a couple of days later found a better rate at a different hotel. Requested to cancel via email and received a notification that they needed the hotels permission and that I could not do it. I contacted hotel directly and said that is not true. Called Agoda and could barely understand her and it she just kept repeating the same thing and not explaining what that meant. Had to get her supervisor on the line. Was told they have to send an email to hotel to cancel. Received a second email stating I get a refund of penalties via Agoda cash ($97) for future use. WTH...I paid $163!!! I contacted my credit card to resolve the issue.

After using the services yesterday, I received an $80 charge for damage to the vehicle. They sent photos of the backseat of a car with beer spilled in it, and a beer can neatly propped up next to it stating that we had damaged the vehicle. We don’t drink beer, we had no liquids in the car, and they refuse to refund this money to my credit card, which I am now disputing. I have since learned that this is a common fraudulent activity that they participate in.

I upgraded my account because under the free plan my blog postings were almost obliterated with ads. What had been taking place is that non-WordPress advertisers began approaching me to allow THEIR advertising to be attached onto my blog page (something I would never allow) and things became hostile when I refused them.

SCAMMMM!!!!!!Apartment fake advertisement! I booked it for 6 nights - host never send check in details. The two contact numbers provided are fake!!Vbro website don't vet their hosts and don't provide any support. They left me and my 9 month old baby on the street with no compensation, refused to book me another property - its pouring rain, I have travelled 3 hours to be let down by these summers!!!The customer support told me that they will look for a property via Expedia - when I asked why not using their own website - she didn't know what to say as they are all scams! DONT BOOK WASTE OF MONEY AND ONLY HEADACHES

VRBO has been my trusted place to go for places to stay on vacation. Unfortunately on my last trip they (or the owner) canceled within a day of our arrival because the place was double booked. They offered little assistance to find a new place to stay and only offered a refund. I ended up having to stay at a hotel that was almost $800 more than the rental. The follow up from them has been even more galling and frustrating. I don’t think I’ll ever use them again since they left us pretty much without a place to stay.

For the past year at least, every time you are watching a movie, live basketball game, or a live football game, it boots out and you have to open up hulu, go to sports, select the group, then search what you were watching. Ridiculous especially during some of these high intensity that it just boots you out. Its happened two times in this game I'm watching now!! Do better HULU- there are other streaming options that are looking pretty enticing with less hassle and frustration!!!

I recently an email for me to call Victoria Secret. They informed that they have been charging me late fees of $ 50 I wasn’t aware since I never got any notification in my mail or email and let her know that. I spoke to the supervisor name Lisa and asked her to if she would remove the late fees of $50 since she was only able to remove $15 which is nothing. As I mentioned they never informed me that my account is late. BS. And not only I had to pay the late fee of 2 months that will trash my credit score. Be ware of their credit card and customer service is poor. And I had closed my account.
