Ordered something with BOL.COM and the promised delivery date was not met and tracing was not possible. 3 days later, I tried to get in touch with BOL.I started with the chatting:The chatting (with a robot) was awful and all answers were fully pre-programmed and not very useful (understand not at all).When calling them, they immediately opened the umbrella, saying the issue was with the partner which I had to contact myself although I paid BOL. This partner, MM-commerce, apparently did not deliver, did not send a tracing code and did not inform me.So the experience is rather disappointing.
